Drain Doctor rep arrived on time and very efficiently located the problem ( blocked pipe)
Then he set to work and cleared the blockage so now my sink drains away water really quickly. Job well done!

James was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. Told us what was happening and what he needed to do ... no pressure to go with them like some companies, so of course we said to please carry out the work. The staff when booking were also fantastic. 5 star service thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Having reported a blocked toilet in the morning Drain Doctor quickly scheduled an appointment. The engineer Tom called and texted his anticipated arrival time within a couple of hours for the same day. Tom arrived on time, was friendly, considerate and most importantly professional, efficient and quick. Problem solved in less than an hour. My letting agency always uses Drain Doctor and the service experienced today shows exactly why. Great job Tom & thanks Drain Doctor.

Everyone was helpful and efficient.very fast service expecially the engineer (Patrick) who could not do enough for us. And the cost was reasonable as it was all sorted within 24hrs. Highly recommended

Engineer attended quickly and was professional, and I have no complaint about the manner of service. However, my issue is that the blockage was not actually resolved. The toilet passed water after the first visit but blocked again as soon as it was used normally. They returned under their guarantee, but the problem remained and further investigation would have involved additional charges. I appreciate the attendance, but I do not feel I received the service I have been charged for.

Excellent service. Steve was friendly, courteous and informative, showing and explaining the problem at each stage. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied he had solved our blockage, and so far it has not recurred!

Although I was not at the house, my daughter said that the engineer was very professional. Great customer service and a life saver that the engineer could come today

The engineer was called the previous day arrived promptly at the time advised, was plainly both experienced and competent, he was furthermore communicative ( eg keeping me informed about what he was doing and why, at all times), respectful and pleasant throughout his visit.

Jordan was great, very professional well spoken and explained things really well. Outplayed the costs and what other options were available if any further work needed doing.

The whole job (maybe not a big one) was done very quickly and very grateful for the help.

Great experience with Drain Doctor. Kevin was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and, most importantly, sorted it! Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Tom came and had the job sorted in about 20 minutes. Nice chap and very knowledgeable.

That said, also £270 is pretty expensive for 20 minutes work.

Excellent serivce! Was able to solve the original problem and attaned to an additional issue at the same time.

Casey was excellent, arrived within an hour and persevered to solve the problem of an outside blocked drain. Much appreciated Casey!
