Very helpful operative. Arrived on site very quickly.

After trying about 5 different people who never actually turned up to give an estimate after saying they were interested in the job I called Drain Dr who we had used about 6 years ago. They came out within an hour and explained what they would do and gave me a no obligation estimate including breakdown of materials and labour. I accepted it as the cost was very reasonable compared to the price our neighbours had paid for the same job. They went and bought the required items and completed the job the same afternoon. The job was refixing the drain grill on the surface water drain in the block paving drive. They used engineering brick and cement to replace the worn and broken clay fitting. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tom came out quickly and persevered until the issues was fixed. Great service and good price. No hesitation in using again or recommending.
