Tonight (Sunday evening before Christmas) we had a blockage. The lovely lady who answered the phone called us back within 10 minutes to tell us a plumber was on the way. He arrived within 40 mins (he was coming from another town) and he had already finished for his Christmas break. Not only did he come over straight away, he was a smashing bloke who was so friendly and helpful! He sorted the problem and was professional throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Truly grateful!

Arrived on time. Pleasant, polite, efficient service.

We had a cracked Drain cover. I called Drain Doctor out as they had repaired one for us before and they were able to repair this one and in the meantime, we had a backed up pipe and they were able to take care of the service of that on the same day. The service was friendly. The technician was very informative and very helpful. He walked me through step-by-step of everything I need to be done made sure that I understood everything and was very good at getting me prices and for all the work that was done I can’t complain about the cost he saved us so much in the end and I didn’t have any issues to worry about. It was a great experience and the customer service was the best I’ve ever had from a company that I called for help with I would recommend using Drain Doctor to anyone that asked.
