Very helpful and competent engineer

Very easy to deal with and kept us informed at all times of progress and actions required. On sit team were 11/10, polite and very clean and tidy, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From first contact in the morning by phone the Horsham team (Will & Bethany) provided a great service. Bethany booked in Jimmy to come and look at why the overflow had deployed. Jimmy quickly ascertained the problem and fitted a new ball valve to fix the issue.

Jimmy from Horsham did an awesome job for us on Xmas eve. Arrived very quickly and unblocked a fatberg we inherited from the previous owner. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and a lovely guy. Office very helpful too.

Helpful honest understanding and efficient. Toilet appeared blocked, was the outside drain. Jimmy work hard to fix it with minimal disruption or fuss. Top work!

The toilet blocked again, really don’t know how you can justify the charges. I feel so sorry for families on a low income.
In my opinion you are taking liberties.

Had to call them out on a Sunday as our shared drain was overflowing, he was with us within 2 hours of the call with the technician keeping me update via phone as to arrival time etc.
A very professional guy arrived who knew what was needed and cleared the blockage quickly and efficiently.
A professional team i would not hesitate to recommend.

Mark was really helpful in resolving an issue with water temperature fluctuation in our shower. He advised on a new shower and fitted it for us but more importantly connected it to an issue with our boiler which we didn’t know about. Highly recommend.

Mark was polite, knowledgeable and shared some useful tips. I have used this company before and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

They came twice to see my shower leak they took the shower apart and left me with no shower stating they would sort it, but then after 2 engineer visits said they couldn't do anything leaving me with a dismantled shower after 2 weeks, the communication was not clear causing some confusion after a few phone calls they suggested a solution which hopefully will work.

Thank you - Mark and team were responsive, efficient, diligent and dedicated in resolving the issue, which wasn't clear at first. Pricing was fair and transparent - would definitely recommend. Thank you again.
