Found DD Horsham via Facebook’s ‘Horsham Recommends’. Having called them regarding my blocked drainpipes, I was pleasantly surprised that they came out the same day. Matt was a great guy to deal with. Everything was explained to me step by step. If one method did not succeed, another was suggested but I felt in control of the money-side of things & I was shown photos where possible. Matt was with me over 4hrs & I feel confident that no matter how hard it rains over the coming Winter months, my rainwater will now be funnelled away from the house & no longer be an issue! I will certainly be recommending them to my friends & neighbours. Thx Will & team! Great job!

Great company who don't charge to come and quote for what needs doing, but will fix on the spot with transparent pricing if they can.
I just needed a flush valve replacing, and the Drain Doctor team were good enough to let me know what replacement I could buy and fit myself!
I will definitely use them again when I have a real plumbing problem!

Drain doctors have been a fantastic help to us with several drainage issues we have had over the past few months.

Having been quoted by another company over £800 to replace a toilet which had a broken flush, I called Drain Doctor who managed to do a repair for a fraction of the cost. Fast and efficient service - I would high recommend.

Attended within 16hr (overnight) of contact, did what could be done (not finished) so removed the imminent danger, and submitted a quote for further work the same day. Rapid and efficient.

Stefan was awesome, really helpful and worked hard to locate the leak, investigate and it and stop it. The drainage pipe wasn't straight forward to unblock and he persevered and did this for us, all on a Bank Holiday evening! Thank-you!

It's all in the name; diagnosis, treatment and cure.
We had a drain blockage which thanks to Stefan and Owen's expertise was located and cleared. We were able to watch the "Doctors" at work; they were friendly, polite and keen to pass on information. Having cleared the blockage all connected drains were checked again with the camera and flowing water to make sure all was as it should be. A good job very well done, and thanks too, to Will and Bethany for coordinating.
