We’ve been having trouble with blocked drains since we moved into our property 3 years ago. After yet another incident we got in touch with Drain Doctors who called back the same day and had someone round the next morning. Dave text to let me know he was on his way, took a look around, listened to the problem and then gave a quote to get the problem resolved. Very pleased the issue is now sorted and he gave some good advice to help prevent it reoccurring in the future - was really approachable and explained everything really well and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and would use again for other plumbing jobs, thanks Dave!

Out of nowhere our ‘simple’ blocked drain flooded our kitchen, had pipes falling apart and left us unable to use anything in our kitchen! I contacted Drain Doctor and Dave got back to us super fast. He arrived the next day when requested and fixed the issue with no problems at all! Cleared the blockage, repaired the pipes and had it all back to normal in no time at all! Huge relief all round and really saved the day! Definitely will use him again as he’s local and such a nice guy! Day saved.

He was exceptionally helpful and professional and established that my drains are part of a shared drainage system and advised that I should take the appropriate action by contacting the Waste Water Board

I contacted ‘Drian Doctor’ - Maidstone in an emergency, as my mother (who lives alone with Dementia) had managed to block up her only toilet with excess toilet paper. Although they couldn’t offer an immediate response due to all engineers out on other jobs (at I did call at 9pm), they offered a next day 8am visit. Dave arrived promptly at 8am and proceeded to correct the issue in a timely fashion (Dave went out of his way to identify and replace a number of failed / failing parts). In my opinion (as this is the first time, I have contacted a drainage specialist company) ‘Drain Doctor’ – Maidstone provided a fast response with the care and attention needed (thanks Dave). I have their number in my contacts in case needed (5 stars).

I was really impressed with Drain Doctor - Maidstone. The drainage engineer, Dave, was super-efficient, communicated his ETA, friendly & had lots of follow-up advice about our drainage issues. He fixed our problem, clearly explained what he had done, showed me the images of the unblocked pipes & TBH couldn't have been more helpful. He's a credit to the company!
I thoroughly recommend this firm (unlike some other national firms we used in the past - no names!)

Absolutely brilliant the fastest service I have ever seen, phones in the morning and job done by lunch. Not only that but he fixed the basin wast while he was here. Very professional company and staff. I will definitely use this company in the future for any drainage problems and recommend them to everyone.

Received a call within 10 minutes of submitting my request, speedy service and great communication throughout the process, I was at work while the work was being carried out but I was kept up to date every step of the way. Very helpful too

This was the first time of us using Drain Doctor and they certainly stepped up to the task. They arrived in good time, quoted us a price for the work that we accepted and set about sorting out the issue we had. They worked tirelessly for 3 hours until they had resolved all the problems we knew about and some that they discovered that we knew nothing about. We would like to thank them for their hard work, professionalism in how they went about doing the job, their great sense of humour while performing their duties and for the overall fantastic job that they did. Would highly recommend!! Dave who works for the company was really helpful,polite! I was also able to have a laugh with him given the circumstances of him having to be balls deep in shit lol Dave explained everything so I knew what to expect about the job being done and when it was done!
