There was great communication at all times. They came, carried out the survey and left with no fuss.

The gentleman were really pleasent ,but unfortunately it was the main drain to the houses that is the problem waiting for southern water to come out .thank you so much for trying to solve the problem .very professional compay would recomend

Right from the start this company were so helpful, and eager to help in anyway I had been told by another company that I needed a toilet stack cleanse but that wasn't the case. The 2 guys that came explained everything that they were going to do and within an hour all was good and working. Would highly recommend them.

I’m 83 and have my disabled daughter living with me. Explained this when I phoned 8.15 and by 9.15 two men arrived and unblocked the drain. This was such a relief for us both and happy with the service we received.

They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Arrived promptly after Dyno-Rod badly let me down. The blockage was sorted immediately, with minimal disruption. Great communication throughout. Excellent service.

After days trying to unblock our drain and the worry it has caused, I called Drain Dr, and one of their plumbers, Craig, arrived quickly told me what he could do and the price .
He cleared it really quickly which is such a relief and gave me some advice to keep it clear in the future

Can I just say what a great and quick service within hours of making the call two very helpful men turned up and fixed the toilet and took into account my needs and made it very affordable to get my problem resolved I would recommend this company to everyone so nice to see a company that helpful and not just after your money wish I could leave more than a 5 star review

Massive thank you to a lady from call centre, got a call within minutes from Daniel followed by guy (sorry didn’t get your name) within 30mins. Got the job done in an hour & now have a working toilet/shower after 2wks without it! All 3 of you have been absolute diamond! Drain Doctor has saved me from having my bathroom ripped out suggested by Dyno Rod after 2wks dealing with them. Please avoid Dyno Rod……I recommend Drain Doctor anytime as I sit here crying i got my bathroom back to normality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Toilet was blocked and backing up into the shower! They came within a few hours of phoning. Showed us the blockage and gave a price. They cleared the blockage and all working as it should. Professional and very friendly. Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if we do we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

very quick, friendly and thorough

Damp problems with my brickwork and theories about the issue from my neighbour led me to calling up Drain Doctor who came out the next day, worked out the issue (showed me the problem piping) and offered two solutions, recommending the cheaper of the two.
Once we'd decided that evening they came out THE NEXT DAY to fix it, showing me their handiwork and being friendly and professional throughout.

Daniel and Craig are highly recommended down here in Kent.
