Had a small problem with another of my drains. I emailed late Friday night and had a pretty immediate response. Ross came by the next day and resolved the problem for me quickly. Will use drain doctor for any future drainage needs. Thank you!

Technician checked drain covers, put his jet wash down my drain and unblocked it straight away. He then wanted to investigate as to why it blocked, so used a camera to identify the issue. He informed me what the issue was and said he would provide a quote. I received the quote later that day.
All in all excellent service.

Communication was excellent. Arrived promptly and called first to say what time they would be arriving. Friendly and polite staff. Explained what was happening and showed me end result. Highly recommend.

We had air bubbling into downstairs toilet which was slow to empty. I rang in the morning and by lunchtime Ross arrived. After a thorough check of all drains he found and cleared the blockage efficiently. Service with a smile and very professional. I would highly recommend the Drain Doctors.

We chose the one suitable for us, booked the time in with the office, they came on time as scheduled. Phone call before they arrived to say they were on their way. Kept as informed throughout the process. Did the work to an extremely good level, leaving no mess, cleaned up after themselves?
