Rang this company up as both toilets were blocked. Sent there man out same day. He was very good found the blockedge straight away. Fixed it and checked everthing worked before he left. Price very good. Would recommend these to family and friends.

They were very prompt in sending somebody out to us, identifying the problem and fixing it. They also responded very quickly via email and phone. Very professional and reliable. I'd highly recommend them.

I wasn’t told the cost when I asked for the call out until the engineer told me the price before carrying the work out and I felt i needed to say yes as he was already there. Since the drain was cleared, I can still hear air when the water is draining down the sink and now my condensate pipe is backing up as I hear the bubbles when I drain the sink. I would have thought the person may have opened up the drain outside to check if any blockages there. Wasn’t a great experience for a large sum for 20 mins

Called Drain Doctor Nottingham to report a blocked drain and Ross was with us an hour later and after giving a quote set to clearing the blockage which was in an external drain. Having cleared the blockage the adjacent manhole covers were lifted and they were checked and flushed through. Left the site clean and even demonstrated how to DIY. Would definitely use this firm again.

Exceptional service, both in terms of organisation and work carried out.

There is nothing better than when an organisation says "we`ll ring you ten minutes before we arrive" and they do just that. One engineer came to carry out the investigation, armed with pressure hoses and camera`s, and then `on the spot`, told me what needed to be done, in the case of tree roots damaging the existing drains, and how much it was going to cost to do the repair.

Then the office, (Daniel) got in touch to arrange with me a convenient day when the team could come to carry out the work, and once more I received a phone call, on the pre-arranged day, 20 minutes before 8 a.m. to say they were on their way. The job was finished by 10;30 and paid for by 11:00.

I wish every job could be as smooth running and have no doubt that my drains will now continue to do the same, for a reasonable time into the future.

I cannot praise this company enough. I needed a new 2-crate soakaway system in order that the excess water in my water butt would soak away rather than overflow onto my patio. Ross & Matt took on the challenge. They worked quickly, were friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with progress ensuring that the work was completed successfully and on time. The final invoice was exactly the same as the initial quote with no hidden extras. I definitely recommend this company.

The company got straight back to me and sent an engineer the same day, he was knowledgeable and sorted our problem with our drain and bad smells straight away.

Had a blocked drain, two chaps from another local company came yesterday (Monday) prodded around and said the drains needed to be emptied and left - did not hear back so contacted Drain Doctor around 2pm today (Tuesday). Lee arrived around 40 minutes later, sorted the blockage in ten minutes, cleaned all our drains, ran a camera through to confirm all was clear.
Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, resolved our problem with minimum of fuss. Very impressed and will use again without hesitation.

I called Drain Doctor Nottingham at 10pm Sunday evening, told them my problem and was booked in for a visit the following morning. By 8.45am they had arrived, assessed the problem, jetted out our drains which were full and discovered the problem was in the main drainage on the road. They didn’t charge for this as it was something they couldn’t fix, it was something for SevernTrent to deal with which by 1pm they had. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor highly enough. Great service by a very good company.

Drain Doctor visited to clear a blockage. They explained clearly what needed to be done and the quote arrived within a couple of hours.
The job became more complicated than initially thought and they left us with a couple of options and prices for us to think about. No pressure sales and very friendly guys.

Called at 12 for a blocked drain, had the repairman call me 20 mins later saying he was 25 mins away, then when it was here it was all sorted within half an hour. Super happy :)

Drain doctor arrived just before scheduled time. He was thorough, diligent and kept me informed of what his diagnosis was and what he planned to do to resolve the problem. He then got on with fixing the problem.
