Very professional team, on time, carried out work quickly, and cleaned up after completion

Luke attended today following a disastrous issue with the drains at our workplace, he came within a few hours of our call and fixed the issue promptly. We would not hesitate to call Luke if we have any further problems, got the job done and (as my team all agree) was kind on the eye! Thank you Luke!

James and Luke were professional, efficient, friendly. I was having a toilet drain re-installed to be less likely to block. The work was done to a high standard, and they took it in stride when an extra issue was discovered (a currently blocked drain, creating quite a smell). They were able to explain what they were doing at each step. Very pleased with the result, and relieved.

Very professional. Had two previous visits from one of Drain Doctor's competitors who said they had to come back another time to solve the problem and I had to wait a month. Drain Doctors came within days of me calling them, found out the problem within 25 minutes and fixed it within 2 hours. Very helpful and I am delighted with the service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

The engineer turned up earlier than expected, completed the jobs in a efficient and professional manner. Kept us informed throughout the process of their progress. Left the site cleaned and as they found it. I would recommend the Drain Doctor.

Firstly, Drain Doctor responded quickly to my request for help to clear a blocked kitchen drain.
When Lewis (the engineer) arrived he clearly outlined the possible levels of treatment which may prove necessary and the cost of each. He then set about investigating the problem, and clearing the considerable build up of material blocking the drainage pipes. As he progressed he explained what he was doing, and showed me that the pipes were completely clear, and draining water was flowing freely. He finally cleaned the surrounding area, and advised me how to avoid the problem reoccurring.
I was grateful for Lewis' professional and friendly manner. Excellent service and money well spent!

Drain Doctor were very quick to respond to my enquiry and also to send an engineer. The engineer assessed the problem and I was given a price before the work was done. Everything was dealt with efficiently and expertly. It couldn't have been a better experience.

The work was done efficiently and with clarity of information. The one slight criticism was that a message was sent at 21:00 last night saying our date needed to be rearranged. I had taken a day off work and so texted back requesting no change. The company thankfully got back and the job was done excellently and as scheduled.
