Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable guy came to sort a blocked drain. Scheduled for 3pm but said he would try to get here earlier and he arrived about 1pm. Quick, efficient and effective job for a very reasonable price. Would totally recommend.

From the first phone interaction to when the engineer left the property, my experience with Drain Doctor (Oxford) was superb. Brad, the engineer, arrived ahead of time and was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything in layman's terms (always appreciated) and sorted our blocked drain in no time. The CCTV inspection report that followed was comprehensive and included some recommendations to prevent future issues occurring. As noted above, a superb all-round service.

Angela was professional with my enquiry and kept me updated of progress. James was also professional and efficient and did a great job. All done quicker than expected and cheaper too. First class. Highly recommended.

Great, friendly and efficient service

We used Drain Doctor twice and received the best service. There was a genuine willingness to help us when we needed help urgently and other places turned us down for same day visit. Everything was shown and explained to us with detail, pricing was explained. Most importantly, they did the job, they were responsive in their communications, they arrived when they said they will and charged what they quoted. Brad and Lewis completed the follow-up job efficiently and service was top notch just like on the first visit! I also noted how well they represented the business, their employer should be proud.

Lewis arrived early and called me he kept me informed through the whole process and cleaned up afterwards I’m so grateful that the problem is now fixed

James was brilliant throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job of installing the channel drain, explained what he was doing as he progressed and was happy to answer all my questions....Really friendly and did a professional job. Timescales from requesting to completing was very quick, only took about two weeks from when I first called to enquire, which includes a couple of days being lost due to bad weather.

Louis from Drain Doctor was efficient, professional and a giver of sound advice. His kit was modern and fit for purpose. I would use them again.

A potential nightmare was quickly and efficiently resolved by the very friendly Lewis, who was able to locate and clear a blockage in our pipes that had clearly been building for years. I have used Drain Doctor before and been really pleased with the work done,the price and the engineers. This time I had a blocked bathroom drain and Lewis came.
He fully assessed what the problem was and was able to fix it. What is impressive about this company is how knowledgeable about plumbing the engineers are. You can feel secure that the engineer will resolve the call out .
