Superb professional service, same day call and call out. Neil was great!

Hi I have had a block toilet for 4 days. We had Neil out to have a look he sorted out the block and he was having helpful and did a great job. I would recommend him and I would have him back again in the future.

Engineer was very friendly and professional. After recent blockages, I wanted it checking out properly before I have a new driveway laid. He cleared the run thoroughly then checked with CCTV. He found a partial blockage which was the root of the problem. He ran the pressure hose through a number of times from both ends ... it worked. He ran the CCTV through again ... all clean and clear. He advised me of a few rough friction areas on joints but nothing serious. He assured me that I shouldn't get any further trouble. But, if there were issues in future, the pipe could be lined without needing to dig.
I can now go ahead with my new driveway installation with confidence.

Guy was polite and professional. However, Drain Doctor’s policy of refusing to quote over the phone and insisting on you having to turn down a quote from the guy quoting in front of you, when you just want your drains cleared, so will likely just agree is sharp practice. Twice as much as local drain company and they didn’t even unblock the drain. No discount offered for that fact. Wasted hundreds of pounds to be in the same position. Would not recommend I’m afraid. They will say they can’t quote over the phone until they’ve assessed the situation, but frankly that is rubbish as every other company we’ve called quoted over the phone; for the same thing: jetting the drain and looking in it with CCTV. Industry standard tasks.

The bloke was friendly and keen to get the blockage sorted....but couldn't. He got as far as I had with rods....but I didnt charge myself 294 quid. Time is money and he was here an hour. At least he tried. U U now on call to come and try.

Great service. Called Monday morning, Asim came out in the afternoon. Very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed my leaking toilet!

Asim our appointed technician went above and beyond to solve our blocked drains. He was extremely polite and very professional. I would recommend this company should be unfortunate enough to require their services in an emergency.

Asim was great, very polite and was talking me through the whole process.

Allowed me to watch and didn’t get annoyed with my 100 questions I asked.

Fix the drain blockage and hopefully it doesn’t happen again but if it does will definitely be phoning drain doctor again.

Asim turned up when he said he would and got straight to work resolving my blocked drain.
His service went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Emailed as requested at 09:30, re problem. Within 10 minutes, I was called and given an appointment same day. Was told the chap would ring prior to visit. Call from Asim, informed me he was 10 minutes away. Job completed by 13:00. What a wonderful chap Asim is, courteous, professional and totally respectful. Would not hesitate to use this firm again and would highly recommend. Asim, I cannot thank you enough.

Really friendly chap and managed to free up the blockage in the drains

Called out on a Sunday. Arrived promptly and flushed the drains. Put a camera down and showed and explained the problem. Drains had collapsed. Sent a quote which I accepted. Did excellent work. Cleaned up well after they finished. Job took longer than anticipated due to unforseen problems. Job well done. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks lads.

I called Drain Doctors on a Monday (early evening) and Asim arrived the following morning, to take a look at a blocked drain.

I was given a quote before any work was started. Basically, £300 for 90 minutes labour (unblocking the drain and putting a camera down to see what the problem was).

Asim was very polite professional and explained everything that was being done. I couldn't fault him at all.

I would highly recommend Drain Doctors to anyone.

The lads were great , thoughtful and very professional.
