I received a phonecall almost immediately after my enquiry and a very helpful engineer was sent out only an hour or so after. Could not have asked for better customer service!

Our phone call was made on New Years eve and was answered straight away by Nicola. She listened to the problem, identified it as an emergency and booked Asim to come the next day. He came on New Year’s Day at 9am . He was very professional, calm, and polite and identified the problem .He worked hard in the cold pouring rain for 3hrs until he had fixed the blockage in our complex drainage system as we live in an apartment . I highly recommend this company who exceeded our expectations.

The gentleman tried to clear my loo blockage but was not able. He did try his utmost. I have had to ring UU and hopefully they will sort it. Your gentleman was very pleasent and helpful. I would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone who needs help in this department. Thank you.

Asim attended a call out to a blocked drain leading to a septic tank today. Asim was brilliant, kept in contact in advance to let me know when he was coming and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Asim’s customer service was excellent! Cannot recommend enough.

Danny arrived and was amazing start to finish. It was dark, cold and snowing, yet he was determined to fix my issue even when his manager advised waiting till the next day, due to the weather.
Manhole opened and mass blockage found. Danny cleared the blockage and upon clearing excess waste/water, located another blockage which he cleared. Camera down and checked everything clear. Danny talked me though every step and shown me the blockages. Can’t thank Danny and Drain doctor enough. Danny deserves an award for not giving up on a cold dark night

Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Quick call out. Unfortunately this was a recurring problem, I recognised the loud glugging sound, then within 2 mins of having a shower, my wet room was flooded! Asim tested all the toilets, the downstairs one, which is rarely used, wasn’t flushing properly. He heard the same noise whilst running taps. He lifted the main man hole and it was blocked - again! I had the same problem in June this year. This is a mystery as nothing that shouldn’t be is put down the toilet. It would seem I have 3 manholes, one covering the kitchen sink etc (which wasn’t checked in June), one near the soil pipe and one towards the road which was harder to get to because of shrubs. Asim couldn’t be more thoroughly and answered all my questions. He used the high pressure water to clear the blockage then ran the camera through in every direction, between each manhole and further up the pipes where possible. All the toilets, showers and taps were flushed/turned on and we could see the water was running properly. All this was done in the dark, with the use of torches and with me watching. Whilst it was disappointing to have to call the company out again, I feel more confident the issue has now been resolved.

Arrived earlier than expected and the chaps that came provided a first class service. Bigger job than expected but they were determined to make sure the drain was 100% clear. 1st class job all round, great guys, friendly & professional 10 out of 10 from me

So I have a blocked soil pipe was was affecting our ground floor w/c. The toilet was blocked up and as the days went on the sink started to gather water too. I tried the online tips and tricks including granuals, boiling water, unblockers and the good ol' plunger but nothing seemed to work so I looked up local drain experts and came across Drain Doctors. They came out the same day and provided a no obligation quote.

With it being the first time I have had this kind of thing happen and because I had not compared the service/pricing I wanted a little time to think about it. After getting a few very similar quote I quickly came to realise that they had quoted me a fair price for the service they were providing and with no obligation too which is important. Another company were charging a flat rate which was lower but said it could cost more depending on what work needs carrying out and another quoted me a price range and said they would invoice me only after the work was carried out which I wasn't happy to commit to.

I called them out again to do the work this time. The rep was profession and competent. He carried the work out with as little mess as possible, cleaned up afterwards and ran a camera through my drain too and advised on the condition of my plumb work too.

Very happy overall. Would use again and therfore definitely recommend to anyone with a similar issue!

Responded really quickly, same day. Really nice man, Danny who was polite and friendly and talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. Showed me CCTV footage so I could see the issue myself.
Work was completed as quickly as possible and he even cleaned up for me which I appreciated. Good experience and would definitely use again.

Our engineer was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He talked us through the process step by step and offered us 3 solutions. A credit to the company. Any issues we have again we will be sure to go straight to Drain Doctor

Esrar was very polite and professional. Kicked into action straight away. Once unblocked, Esrar showed me the cleared drain on the CCTV screen
