Alex was in touch with us straight away and sorted our blocked drain the day after and did a thorough check as well as making sure everything was left clean afterwards.

Alex attended our home today for a blocked and overspilling drain on the drive... what an amazing guy - and an absolout credit to Drain Doctor. Kept us informed on his arrival, polite and friendly and professional throughout his time with us. Informed of cost before work began and understanding and considerate throughout. Hats off to these guys and especially Alex today- the work he put in, ensuring the problem is fixed and completed in full was second to none. Would I use again? Well I hope I don't have to but would I recommend ABSOLOUTLY in a heartbeat. Drain Doctors are professionals, honest, understanding and ensure all work is carried out in full. I wouldn't hesitate to make a call for any problem or recommend as someone who gets it right first time - priceless. Amazing work. Thank you

First Class service. From the initial phone call to the engineer leaving, everything went like clockwork. A thoroughly professional company and we will use them again.

Brilliant service. The lovely Nicola answered the phone and confirmed she’d get one of the guys out within a couple of hours. Esre (I have probably spelt that wrong so I’m really sorry) came out in no time at all and did a great job. Made 100% sure the blockage was totally clear before he left. Highly recommend.

unfortunately i arrived home as the job was all most completed so did not get the operatives name my wife said he explained what he was going to do to check out the work required and then give a price for the work the price was agreed upon and the work was carried i arrived home a little later the drain doctor explained what was happening and the work he had completed he was very thorough in explaining all that he had done and we signed the paper work job completed i would recommend this company to any one great job good people to deal with from the first phone call to the work carried out

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. They responded to emergency call out with drainage issue. Engineer Esrar was great, very helpful, explaining all the tasks, documenting the problem. Emergency clean out was done, but we had to do also further remedial work which was done also by Esrar 10 days later. Again, everyone was very nice, from providing the quotes, to booking the dates and the completion of required work. Fully recommend them, absolutely fantastic service provided.

Drain Doctor have been superb from start to finish. Following my query through a directory site, they quickly got in touch to arrange a visit for a blocked drain. Initial attempts to clear this didn’t work, so they came back at a later date to try using a jet, but this too came against issues. The boss, Liam, came himself to check it out, and then came back later again with a special camera to get a proper look, which revealed a mass of roots in the pipe. The team therefore returned at a later date to excavate down a metre and see if the obstruction could be blasted out, but when this didn’t work, they came back within 24 hours with a mechanical cutter that mashed up seven metres of compacted earth and roots - victory at last. They then filled in the excavated area, put the slabs back down and even tidied up the area. The whole time, Liam was prompt and communicative, always explaining what had been tried and what they would try next at each step, and why. I could not fault the service delivered by Drain Doctor - prompt, courteous and thorough - and I would not hesitate to use them again!

What a great bloke Ezra is! Arrived, very polite, took nothing for granted etc. Guided me through everything he was doing, even the bits that I wasn’t sure I wanted to see - these are drains after all!

I can’t say wether it was expensive or not because I don’t know how much these things cost, but I say there is no way I could have done it myself and he has solved a massive problem

Came within 30mins on good Friday, phoned ahead, diagnosed the blocked toilet issue in minutes. Explained step by step what needed to be done. Esrar the engineer was professional and polite... Great service.

I made an online enquiry as water was flooding our bathroom and the shower drain was clogged, less than an hour later I had a phone call to book in an appointment for the next day. Esra came and sorted the problem straight away, super friendly and efficient !! Would 100% recommend.

Great and efficient service from the team from Nicola arranging the appointment and Esrar who came to do the job. Emailed one night, came out the next day! Even managed to get the man hole cover off the drive that had been secure for over two years. Problem sorted and can now use the toilet again!!

Very professional and trustworthy. Liam came to inspect our drains. Arrived early, gave a thorough inspection and was honest with the findings. Liam also gave some good advice on our gutters and I would no hesitation in recommending Liam and Drain doctor.
