I called this company on a Friday lunchtime to report that my drains were blocked and an engineer arrived within in a couple of hours. He examined the drains and quoted a fair price for the work. Ezra was very friendly and professional and the issue was resolved

Soon had us unblocked and running again smoothly and then accessed for cause and recommended course of action for the future. Cleaned up afterwards and explained all his actions and steps involved.

We have just had the drain lined and despite the rain it was a necessary job well done. It was very professional and a camera was put into the drain to make sure everything was correct. I would recommend this company for their attention to detail and prompt service.

I agree with the other reviewers: Drain Doctor Rochdale provided an amazing service from phone call to drain engineer, who was Esrar. He arrived within 2 hours, phoned ahead of time to confirm arrival, took me step by step through everything, did an excellent job clearing the rather offensive blockage in the ground drain (!). He was polite, efficient and made sure the job was absolutely thorough to my satisfaction before he finished. I hope you use Drain Doctor Rochdale, or that other drain cleaning services can live up to these standards.

My kitchen drain was blocked so checked out a few companies checked reviews and found one company locally rochdale drain doctor whitch had good reviews so rang them and a nice lady called Nicole answered and I explained the situation and she said she would get someone round the next day true to her word she text me and a guy called esrar came and took a look at the situation he said it could be a collapsed drain or just a blocked pipe so we agreed to try and clear the drain he had all the proper kit he had a special type of power washer with a long hose on it and it cleared and within 30 minutes cleared the drain he stayed a little longer to make sure it stayed clear it was fat that had blocked the drain the previous owner must have been putting it down the sink as I have just recently bought the house the price was not cheap but esrar done a great job I would highly recommend this company for all round Great service .

Amazing service from Liam. 2 hours after ringing with a blocked drain, everything was cleared and my garden left neat and tidy. Very professional and gave us lots of helpful advice. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have nothing but praise for the engineer who came to fix the blockages here. His equipment was new and clean.

He was polite, considerate and very clean and tidy and kept me informed of his progress.

He showed us the pipes were clear with his camera as well as the state of the joints. Without the camera you have to trust the blockage is cleared.

Despite being a Sunday, they responded to my email within an hour and had someone over that morning. Ezra clearly explained what he was going to do and did a fantastic job unblocking the drains. Would 100% recommend

Drain Doctor Rochdale have been and cleared my blocked drain in no time, same day service aswell. Liam kept me informed as to when they'd be coming, and so I was able to nip out before they arrived, he said if I wasn't back they'd wait for me! Alex and Ezra got stuck in and went above and beyond to get the job done, these lads are a credit to the company, making light work of what must be one of the dirtiest jobs. Both had great sense of humour, they explained why the blockage was caused and advised me not to buy any more cheap toilet rolls from TikTok lol ! I can highly recommend Drain Doctor Rochdale x

Prompt and efficient service. They inspected and unblocked my drains the day after my phone call. Showed me the clean drain through CCTV and explained what needs fixing in detail and why. I paid for the job and got the invoice through email the following day. Very professional.
