We phoned out of ours to book a engineer to visit my property to sort out a blocked drain. Was all arranged that the visit would be between 9 and midday. Would get a phone call before hand. Never received call, but 15.27 14th July got a email stating no coverage over our area so declined the job. So what a waste of a day waiting just to receive a late email. To late now to get someone else in. So now having to book another company to come out tomorrow. Do not recommend the company. Very unprofessional customer service.

The reason for my rating. £234 is a lot of money to put a camera down a drain for 15 minutes it would have been less time if they hadn’t accidentally deleted the footage and had to record it all again. When I received the billing invoice it had Look See Camera Work including Dye Testing and Drain Location. This is not what I had done! it was just (look see camera) so I asked if it would be cheaper as the work stated wasn’t done. no response through phone call or email just the bill of £234 which I begrudgingly paid. Then I asked for the images that had been taken of my pipe. Very disappointed to receive someone else images with their address on! In my job that would be a data breach. After at least 5 emails I finally got the video of my pipe. I phoned two other companies that offered to do the same job for me, a camera down the drain and video footage and recommendations given for £145! So please shop around as drain doctor is very expensive compared to the other two companies I phoned. Just wish I had done my research before hand. A very expensive lesson learnt for me.

The guys were polite and explained everything clearly. How and what needed to be done. Thorough in their investigation and would definetely recommend them.

The lady I first spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and Elliot who came to look at the drain was very polite and efficient. Arrived on time and sorted a longstanding problem there and then at a good price. Highly recommend Drain Doctor and would definitely use again if needed.

They turned up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a quote. Came back the next day and fixed it all efficiently. They were friendly and courteous throughout - couldn't ask for anything more!

Steve...top guy sorted blockage in no time at all. We discoved wipes the were definitely not flushed by Instagram kids.

Drain Doctors sorted my slow draining kitchen sink. They did the job over 2 days as the man didn't have the piece of kit needed at the time on the first day to fully make sure, but he came back and it's draining wonderfully now. Highly recommended
