One call, Prompt response and excellent service, I have been let down by other companies but this service is on a completely new level. Steve attending engineer, knowledgeable and thorough. Zero issues once I handed it over these guys. Well done

Excellent, Rapid customer communications and response. Arrived on time and got the job done.

Attended site 3 times before they diagnosed the issue with our blocked sink.
Once on site professional and clean.
Advised to have a further treatment done which we opted to do with the first procedure to unblock sink. However not done on booked date as ran of out the resin. Had to chase for this to be booked and sorted.
Received the bill and it was £30 more than stated in quote. This was quickly rectified but another call to sort.

They arrived the same day that I phoned them. Rather expensive for what they did but cured the problem.

Booking the visit was tricky with missed information and wrong post code - but when Elliot arrived he was very good at what he did.

Steve was from the get-go highly professional, honest and well informed. He explained the procedure and was totally up-front about charges. He gets 5 stars from me because he was the ultimate professional. I hope I don’t need my drains fixing again, but if I do I would be absolutely delighted to see Steve again at my front door.

Steve was very knowledgable and professional. He arrived promptly and worked hard to sort out our blocked lavatory as quickly as he could. The issue turned out to be roots in our sewer pipe. His work was effective and good quality and he provided several options for remedial work to permanently fix the issue.

Having recently moved into an older property, we soon discovered we had blocked drains. With a 17m drive and no apparent inspection chamber, unblocking was difficult.
Bath water, etc, came spilling from the cast iron boundary vent. Three drain inspectors could not locate the chamber. I called Drain Doctor and after camera work and jetting by Elliot, plus sheer determination, he was successful in finding a chamber plus intact manhole cover, covered by 1" of soil. We are very impressed and are now drying out! Outstanding service!

The engineer was very pleasant but didn't do what he said he'd do.

He said that he'd make sure that the rubble created while trying to clear the pipe would be removed to make sure that it didn't get washed down into the main drain

In fact a subsequent visit from a different contractor showed that he had not cleared the rubble and that the rest of the drains were starting to block up.

I had Steve attend me today and he was absolutely fantastic. Resolved my problem with ease, he was also polite, considerate and courteous. Also provided helpful advice on drain maintenance and provided reassurance of how the problem was fully resolved. His customer service skills excelled and he is a valuable asset to Drain Doctor. Absolutely would recommend, and if I needed to use again, I would be requesting Steve!

Quick, efficient and friendly. Problem cleared and talked through what was being seen on camera. Good advice without trying scare us in to doing uneccessary repairs.

Steve was first class, informative, knowledgeable and polite and cleaned up before leaving.

Called and spoke to Sarah really friendly on the phone. arranged for engineer Steve to come out today and he did. Looked at the drain and explained what the issue was and how was going to resolve it.
He tried to contact Southern Water as turns out it’s a communal drain, gave a quote and carried out the work with no hidden costs 5 star service
