Quick, efficient, really helpful

Professional and friendly worker. Got the job done quick despite hiccup out of his control. Great service all round from calling to book the job to completion. Highly recommended.

They were very quick to respond. The engineer, Katie, was lovely, professional & efficient. Would highly recommend.

He sorted the issue and spent a considerable amount of time making sure the issue was sorted.

He also worked on some extra bits at no extra charge.

From my first contact with the company to the finish job the whole team have been very professional and prompt. What caused me quite a few sleepless nights was sorted in twenty four hours, which I'd have contacted them sooner. Thank you to you all.

Garth came along with a pal Bank Holiday monday, to sort out a sewage blockage. They responded and carried out necessary works quickly and efficiently. They both gave great customer service were clean and tidy and polite. Thanks lads

He was so kind and I didn't feel pressured at all to have the job done by them and offered me time to make phone calls and said he could come back another day if I wanted to get more quotes. Sorted out my blocked drains within hours of first contact. Katie was efficient, tidy, helpful and polite. Would recommend highly.

I phoned the Drain Doctor late Thursday afternoon to tell them we had a blocked outside Drain and they arranged to come out first thing Friday morning which they did and they also phoned 30mins to let me know they coming and arrived on time. The technician quickly assessed the problem and gave us a price to fix. 1 hr and the job was sorted very polite and cleaned up after leaving no mess whatsoever.
If I could give them a score out of 10 it would be at least 12. I would definitely recommend them i "hopefully not" but I'd 100% use them again thank you Drain Doctor Team. Brian Podmore.

We contacted Drain Doctor Stoke as my daughter had a blocked toilet and sink and water was leaking from the soil pipe. They arranged for Garth to visit and he rang me before he came to advise he would be with us in 45 minutes and he was. He quickly found the problem and did a great job of getting rid of obstructions in the soil pipe and drain. There was alot of mess but Garth cleaned it all up. A first class service.
