Great service from Drain Doctor. The sink wasn't draining properly, I took all the white U-bend pipes off from under the sink and cleaned them all out, but that didn't resolve matters. There was clearly something wrong with the grey pipe leading to outside. Called Drain Doctor on Tuesday, Katie arrived 9am the following morning. Very thorough and very efficient - a camera check revealed a sizeable blockage. Out came all manner of special kit from the van and within no time at all the pipe was jetted, vacuumed and cleaned out like new and the water was draining as it should do. Katie gave everything a final check with a tracer dye and that was that – all done in super quick time.

He was so kind and I didn't feel pressured at all to have the job done by them and offered me time to make phone calls and said he could come back another day if I wanted to get more quotes. Sorted out my blocked drains within hours of first contact. Katie was efficient, tidy, helpful and polite. Would recommend highly.

I phoned the Drain Doctor late Thursday afternoon to tell them we had a blocked outside Drain and they arranged to come out first thing Friday morning which they did and they also phoned 30mins to let me know they coming and arrived on time. The technician quickly assessed the problem and gave us a price to fix. 1 hr and the job was sorted very polite and cleaned up after leaving no mess whatsoever.
If I could give them a score out of 10 it would be at least 12. I would definitely recommend them i "hopefully not" but I'd 100% use them again thank you Drain Doctor Team. Brian Podmore.
