I felt your quoted price for the works needed to be done, was way more than reasonable, so we now have to get someone else involved

Drain Doctor came out to me on the day I rang as an Emergency call out. Katie was excellent, she located the problem within the drain very quickly and told me what my options were to fix the issue. She explained what she was doing and talked me through the process. A big thank you Katie.

Excellent service. Came out same day, quoted for the problem and would have done same day fix but I pushed out to following day, turned up as planned and did exactly what they said. Both engineers were very nice and explained what they were doing and went through it before they left and left the place tidy. Would definitely use again.

Expert diagnosis and treatment of our smelly drain. Katie the engineer took the time to explain everything and answer our questions in plain language. She advised us about general maintenance of our drains going forward. Highly commended.

Excellent friendly service. Jack and Katie explained fully the options available, pricing, and were extremely professional and respectful of the property and parking. Very thorough service, would highly recommend. An email will follow with the CCTV footage, and results were discussed at time of inspection.
