Oliver came to help with my blocked drain and immediately identified that the drain in our garden was not ours but a communal drain covered by the local water board. His knowledge saved us over £100 - he was absolutely right in his advice. Thank you so much for helping us!

Arrived very promptly and resolved a completely collapsed drain on a bank holiday, great service!

We had very blocked external drains. They arrived quickly, were polite and dealt with it very efficiently. Would use them again.

Turned up promptly and identified the issue we were having with tree roots and a blocked drain and came back next day and fixed. Super speedy turn around!

Very poor communication. Despite prompt service, once Oliver received payment he has blanked my calls, emails and messages. We agreed to the survey on the promise of a quote for connection to mains drainage with the understanding that the price of survey would be deducted from connection charge. Oliver told us the quote would be with us the same day. That was nearly 5 weeks ago. Since then there has been no response apart from a message asking for my mobile number which Oliver already had. Very disappointed ☹️

Really challenging job, worked hard to try and resolve over 2 days. In the end we have had to call out Thames water as it is their responsibility to solve. Would use again.

Oliver from Drains 24 came round to unblock a very stinky drain. Within a few minutes after assessing the situations he said he could save me £200-300. I was intrigued to learn why he was turning good business away. He told me quite simply because the drain was a shared drain with neighbours that it was the responsibility of the water board.
I was amazed at his honestly as he could easily have done the job and charges me a lot of money.

Contacted Drains24 as we had a sewage backup. Got an answer within the hour. Visited the next day and correctly predicted that it would be the interceptor. Repair was arranged for the next morning and problem solved. Great communication and superb response time.
