Dr. Arda Pelen Clinic is a nose-focused medical practice in Istanbul, led by Op. Dr. G. Arda Pelen, an Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon specialising in rhinoplasty and nasal surgery. Our approach is built around one clear principle: the nose should be considered both aesthetically and functionally. Every plan begins with understanding the person’s facial structure, breathing needs, expectations and anatomy. Instead of offering a standardised result, the clinic focuses on measured, natural-looking refinement that remains in harmony with the face. Dr. Pelen has been in private practice since 2013 and opened his own clinic in Bahçelievler, Istanbul in 2017. His work focuses on rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, tipplasty, septum deviation surgery and other nose-related procedures. Operations are performed in an accredited hospital setting, and the clinic is authorised by the Ministry of Health for health tourism services. For international visitors, our team provides clear communication before arrival, during the stay in Istanbul and throughout the recovery process. We offer guidance in English, German and Turkish, helping each person understand the steps, timelines and realistic expectations involved. Burnumun görÃŒntÃŒsÃŒnÃŒ beğenmemekle birlikte burun ucumda kıkırdak eğriliği şikayetiyle kendisiyle görÌştÃŒm. Ä°lk başta cok korktum kararsız kaldım bana zaman tanıdı her durumu tane tane anlatıp beni cok rahatlattı. Sonunda ona gÃŒvendim ve ameliyatım başarıyla tamamlandı. Ä°yiki arda beye gÃŒvenmişim diyorum yıllardır yÃŒzÃŒmÃŒn gözÃŒkmediği fotoğraf çekinmekten kaçındığım zamanlara inat şimdi her gÃŒn fotoğraf çekiliyorum. Amazing experience and life-Changing Results!

I am truly very happy with my nose surgery experience. Dr. Arda Pelen not only gave me the aesthetic look I had always dreamed of, but also completely resolved my breathing problem, which has made such a positive difference in my quality of life.
The entire surgery and recovery process was much easier and smoother than I expected. From my first consultation to the recovery period, everything was handled with great care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I always felt comfortable, safe, and well-informed throughout the process.
I am extremely pleased with both the aesthetic result and the improvement in my breathing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arda Pelen to anyone considering rhinoplasty. I am very grateful for the excellent care and the beautiful result!

Best doctor Arda pelen

Whoever wants to get their nose job Dr. Arda Pelen is the one and only. He makes everything so perfect nostrils, perfect nose perfect the doctor and his team are amazing. Always checking up on you. They listen to what you want and I had zero stress when I went to operating room. I had so much trust in Dr. Arda Pelen he makes the patient so comfortable I was not in a lot of pain. I had all my medication’s and everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

When i was 15 i had nose job but it was


Thank you Doctor
When i was 15 i had nose job but it was not great at all. Then i met Arda Pelen. I was afraid of a new surgery because of my old experiences but Dr Arda was the best Doctor i have ever met . He was so calm, kind and trustful. 2 ,5 years ago he made my dream nose for me now im feeling like a Disney princess. Thank you for the trust and patience 🙏 Im so glad we met.

Great result / Flawless process

Thanks for the great effort and great team behind. I have completed the process and everything was flawless.Greatefull for your support during this period since I was hesitating the go under rhinoplasty for years, the result also made me happy. Dr Pelen is very cautious about what you want and/or need for.

They looked after me in every step all the way from the beginning till the end.This surgery changed me as a person and for the better and I genuinely am so happy that I went with Dr Arda Pelen, first choice and the best choice wouldn’t of gone to anyone else.
