Excellent customer focused, insightful service, friendly and not pushy.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Drayton motors recently , we genuinely felt like valued customers from the moment we entered the showroom , it was nice that we where acknowledged by a sales person and told if you need any help just give me a shout , excellent as this is how we like it and not the hard handcuff sales technique some companies use , we where treat very professionally by Sean Faggetter who was very knowledgeable in the products on sale , many thanks for your assistance and we will be back soon to purchase a used Kia

Bought a Kia Rio online from Drayton Motors Louth without viewing first. Car was in excellent condition as described. Sean made the process very easy and even came in on his day off to suit my availability. Would highly recommend!

We just changed our Sportage at Drayton motors Louth. Sean the sales man was absolutely fantastic, friendly, joking and so happy in his job, it made you feel at home. Nothing was to much trouble, he helped with everything we wanted to know. With photos and videos he kept you updated on the process of the sale .
He went above and beyond.
It was also nice the sales manager came over to congratulate us on our purchase too .
You wouldn't get that anywhere else.

I bought a Tesla Model 3 from Drayton Motors. Sean was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, from taking additional pictures of the car (as we were hours away so couldn't visit easily to check), to picking me up from the train station on his day off to pick up the car. I'd highly recommend Sean and the team!

They are not like the normal pushy sale we all hate to deal with. More like a trusted family member or a friend you take along for advice. And the after sales service is second to none

Had an excellent experience with Troy at Kia Grantham when looking for our first electric car. He took the time to show us some different used options that we also test drove that might suit us after we explained our particular requirements. Unfortunately there weren't any options in stock that quite met what we needed. (We settled on a new van based electric MPV in the end). We'll be back when our other car comes up for replacement in a couple of years. - loved the EV6!

What started as a pleasant experience ended up being hardship and nigh on theft. With in 1 day, I had 2 voicemails and an email for the deposit of 250 on the car. Which I paid as I was going ahead. Despite their extortionate 15.9% finance deal. They did offer some attractive offers my way and was agreeing to it. Though in the end I intended to take the finance elsewhere and source it myself as there were better deals. This was the first attitude shift. All deals were stripped and it was the base price for the car as I was not going through them. I was told "well we can't stop you." I still continued with the vehicle, however a better spec at a more affordable rate came up. 9.9% interest, the payments were far cheaper and so I asked for my 250 back. I was immediately inundated by phone calls and email chasers. I provided my BACS details as requested and this was processed allegedly by their finance team. Almost 2 weeks later, I am still chasing my money as they are not sending it and fobbing me off. Il get back to you shortly was the last email.....waiting 36hrs and still nothing. Never known an attitude shift like it. Poor representation of the KIA brand and by far poor representation of sales staff. Have now had to threaten formal proceedings as they are still unlawfully with holding my money.

Unless you're dead set certain on the car, DO NOT pay them a deposit as they will drag their heels if you change your mind....and for heavens sake do not change your mind as their attitude with you....your lower than faeces to them.

Did everything necessary to ensure we were happy customers.

I booked my car in to change the clutch with these guys, 4 weeks later I turned up for my appointment. They changed the clutch but not the flywheel and sorted the actuator in the gearbox. £4038 later and 5 months later and the clutch started to make noises. I had the car checked at another garage and and they showed me that Drayton Motors had missed one of the gearbox plugs. I went back to see DM to see what the issue was, and they charged me £100 to tell me that the flywheel needed changing!!!!! Why would anyone change a clutch and not a dualmass flywheel at the same time? Seems odd, but they charged me another £1400 just to do that and another £1600 for another clutch. IS IT ME OR DO THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH BEING ABLE TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE AN ISSUE????
If I went to a back street garage, it would have been a lot cheaper and probably done correctly.
Not recommending these guys.

My son bought a Grey Tiguan from the gentlemen of Drayton Motors and all I can say is WOW! The service was absolutely spot on. I felt welcome and the whole process was really transparent and Sam even took us to the nearest post office as we weren’t local to the area. All I can say is if you want to buy a car from somebody, you HAVE to buy it from these guys. Sam acknowledged that we came from far and even offered us food.
