Ordered items via Debenhams, never received them, twice. Contacted Dr Botanicals as they are the supplier and no reply. Avoid!

Day 3 of using the Aloe Vera Superfood Eye Serum and WOW. I was starting to get fine lines from the sun and this product has completely hydrated them away. No more lines! I am beyond pleased with this product. This week at work clients have complimented my skin. It’s that good.

This company is brilliant well packaged products however the courier service used is not driver kept going to wrong address 2 weeks later I finally got my parcel, the rescue butter is amazing I have dry skin patches which no other moisturiser could tackle this does the job. Only negative needs to be more fragrance smells waxy but lovely natural products.

I really like Dr Botanicals products, well the ones I’ve tried so far. I’m more impressed by the customer service, a small issue dealt with really quickly and easily. I don’t go anywhere without the tinted moisturiser with factor 30. So hard to find a non-greasy moisturiser with high sun factor.

Dr Botanicals always give great service. They have a lovely selection of products to choose from often with very good offers and discounts. I love how their products are produced using natural ingredients and are vegan and cruelty free. This makes a great impact on me in choosing products. Once you have placed an order you get confirmation and order updated with the expected day of delivery. Orders arrive in excellent condition packaged well and tastefully wrapped in tissue paper. Another thing that I love is that all the packaging is recyclable. I would definitely recommend their products as such good quality.

Absolutely fallen in love with your products especially the body oils.

I wouldn't waste your money on these there products are terrible, I have had a few things and they all were really watery or really sticky couldn't bare to use them on my face. I've tried 3 of there products and every one of them went in the bin after a couple of days. They put extremely high prices on there products then email you with a code to supposedly get it for 80% off (etc) but it's all bulls**t to make you buy there cheap tacky products. I highly recommend you stay well away.
