I decided to give Dr. Brandt Skincare a try, even though I wasn’t very familiar with the brand. When my order didn’t arrive as expected, I reached out to their customer service—not really sure what to expect. To my surprise, they responded quickly, kindly, and with total professionalism. They even sent out a replacement order right away. Their outstanding customer service really left a positive impression on me. On top of that, I love that they offer vegan skincare options. Overall, a great first experience with the brand!

I ordered a few items from Dr. Brandt Skincare and one item came open and had damaged the packaging. I wrote in to Customer Service asking what I should do, and less than 24 hours later, they responded, apologized for the inconvenience and instantly shipped me a new item! How amazing is the Customer Service! Five stars all the way!

The ordering process was smooth and the client service soooo reactive, helpful and soooo nice! What a wonderful brand !

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience which in my opinion is inexcusable, hence the 1 star.. My partner ordered the Black Friday bundle offer for me which included several full sizes like day and night face creams, serums, eye creams etc. The products arrived in very worn and aged packaging - to the extent I’ve never seen before and I have been ordering skincare online for over 10 years. When I opened one of the eye creams, it had a dried up yellow residue around the bottom of the lid indicating that it had been opened before. It also had an unpleasant off smell. Another face cream too had an off smell of an old product. One of the serums boasts therapeutic benefits due to its scent and yet it was completely scentless and oddly clumpy and grainy. Generally on receiving the package I was absolutely shocked at the state of the products sent to me - however as I was unpacking them in front of my partner who gifted them to me I decided to try and use them. Additionally as I do not like waste I have actually tried to use up the products over the last few months however it has every time been an unpleasant experience due to the off smell, one product giving my skin an odd burning sensation and I have to say I feel after a few months of this routine my skin has been dry and I have noticed more wrinkles. The last few weeks I stopped using it and replaced it with other reliable products and my skin has returned to the smoothness from months ago.. Taking all this into consideration I would absolutely not recommend these products to anyone.

If you have black skin and you're of a darker hue,Do not get this product as it dries like a coloured concealer!
The product dries out under your eyes and actually highlights your bags! It's awful! End of!
I'm genuinely annoyed because I paid £25 for a tiny sample tube that took forever to arrive,only for it not to work! Rubbish!

This product is totally rubbish! Its automatic subscription your orders and so difficult to get refund back.

I’ve used the needles no more wrinkle smoothing for a few years because it is the best at tightening and plumping under the eye and lip area. I recently started the “dare to age” serum and moisturizer. Tonight I met my friend for dinner. I see her about twice a month. She told me tonight how amazing my skin looks.. what makes this so impressive is I’m 53yo and battling cancer. I’ve been getting chemo since January 3. It’s the first time she has said that to me since i started treatments. Dr Brandt, I’m your customer for life :) ,

I buy the no more baggage under eye cream for my husband. It's great because men don't have the luxury of hiding things with make up. This cream gives his under eyes a big boost! This is the 3rd time I have reordered for him.

I appreciate the company's customer service, especially the help I received from Katerinne to place my order. She was there for me every step, helpful and friendly. I do recommend this brand, and, as a customer, you can rest assured that any concerns and issues will be immediately addressed and resolved. Thank you again for your amazing support.

More organization should have customer support representatives like Katherine who go the distance for the customer I love Dr. Brandt’s products and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This product is amazing after using my skin feels really clean and so soft

My girlfriend swears by their products and she has nothing but good words for their entire line, so I have no problem spending a bit more and gift them to her. That being said, one has to be patient when ordering from their website, especially because of the courriers handling their shipments. Lately when I look online at the status of my orders, they can be FOR DAYS in one warehouse or another, with nothing happening. To the point I have had to contact the courriers a couple of times and ask what's going on with my order and why is it taking so long.

I cannot say enough good things about this brand, the products and customer service. Not only did I receive such quick responses but they were filled with joy, kindness and compassion. They go above and beyond. The 3-step brightening protocol is my favorite and the products are such great quality, my face has been loving them and my experience has been wonderful!

I bought the ‘no more baggage’ eye cream in the Black Friday sales. It took quite a while to arrive but this was stated on their website. I had high hopes for the cream as there were so many good reviews on their site but sadly it did nothing for me at all. I contacted customer services to request a return and refund and they replied almost immediately with a full refund. Very impressed with customer service, just not so impressed with the eye cream unfortunately.

I had ordered 2 products for the first time from Dr Brandt, a neck cream that was only about 60 percent full and an eye cream that looked like it had been previously opened because it had dried cream around the rim. I decided to advise the company of my dissatisfaction and wow, got a 100 percent refund and got to keep the product! I really like the product so am so glad that I can purchase again with confidence that they will sort out any issues. I have already reordered!

The products do nothing and they don’t respond to emails when I tried to contact them regarding their money back guarantee.

This product did not work for me at all. I also bought the fatigue eye gel to put on before hand. The product is a pinky orange paste and sits on your skin. The bags were still there. I really wanted to love this product but for me, it was not effective at all.

Does not work. Very thick orange paste consistency. Sits on skin. Does absolutely nothing to my eye area other than leave a cakey residue. A total waste of money and it took forever to arrive. Very disappointed.

Customer service appears to be nonexistent. I received a wrong item out of multiple items on the order and after calling customer support three times and emailing them three times, I never heard back from customer support. Ended up just returning the wrong item. And, returns are not free, they charge you a fee of $4.99 for “handling and shipping”. I went back to using Perricone Md and their customer service is outstanding.

Bought the eye cream ....it took 21/2 weeks to get to me. The "no more baggage " cream is trash. It's nor a cream or a gel it's dried up something.....it doesn't adhere to the skin....just clumps up. They state you get your money back ....now they are staying they do not allow returns from Canada and will not return my money. SCAM....BIG TIME SCAM. BUYER BEWARE.
