I’ve had a chin liposuction with Buğra İpek which was the best decision I ever made! Consultation and the procedure took under an hour without any pain, I could see the difference instantly. The whole experience was really good and informative, his team was very helpful and supportive!

I would also like to emphasize the high standard of postoperative care I received. When I experienced mild postoperative deviations, Dr. Bugra Ipek made himself available daily to assess my progress and address every concern. His diligence and commitment ensured that all issues were fully resolved before I returned home, allowing me to leave with complete peace of mind and without complications.

I have waited almost three months to write this review so that I have time to heal and see my results. I am in my mid thirties, a black woman, and I have never travelled so far out of United States before. Doing something like this was definitely a leap of faith especially while keeping it to myself to stop others from giving their negative inputs. After everything I have to say that I am so satisfied with my experience with Dr. Bugra and the very stylish Yağmur. Yağmur made me feel comfortable enough to place my deposit and basically held my hand the entire 5 months it took for my date to come up. She was patient, calm, answered my questions and helped me make a thousand changes without any complaint. She recommended the upper bleph and thank God I listened. If it wasn’t for her I would have never jumped on a 14 hr flight to a place I have never been to be put in the extremely vulnerable position that plastic surgery puts you in. I did a video chat with Dr. Bugra months before I met him in person and I was nervous to actually meet him because doctors can be very cold people but when he came in to meet me and do my markings I was put at ease. He answered more questions and had a bedside manner that made him feel human and made me trust him more. My surgery was long and waking up from being under anesthesia was horrifying. The hospital nurses weren’t great or warm but the CNAs were wonderful. Kind, compassionate, good women who came in and checked on me. They talked to me using the translator apps and made me smile. I was glad to be in a hospital post surgery for the help and regular meds. I was beyond happy to leave and get back to the hotel. My room was warm, comfy, and cozy. The nicest hotel I’ve personally ever stayed in. The food was amazing! I kind of starved in the hospital because the portions weren’t enough and I’m American so I wasn’t use to the food selections. But it was just hospital food. The staff there were very kind and didn’t make me feel weird because my face was very very swollen. I saw Dr. Bugra 3 out of the 6 days I was in Turkey for dressing changes and follow up but he and his assistant Yağmur were always just a text or call away. That is still true today with me being back home in America. I cannot forget to mention my amazing lymphatic massage therapist who became the highlight of my days at the hotel post op. I had three sessions with him and they were worth every single penny. He was very professional, kind, great at his job, and I felt safe alone with him. I saw Dr. Bugra the day before I left for home and he did a final dressing change on my incisions and an exit interview. Everything looked great and they made sure I had transportation home the next morning. I got to the airport early and made sure to have wheelchair assistance. The flight home was soooooo long but honestly after post op day two I had absolutely no pain so Tylenol for the discomfort was enough. Fast forward to right now my face looks so good. I got a chin implant and Dr. Bugra chose the size for me and it’s perfect. I got my breast redone and they look so good I can’t wait to wear backless shirts and tube tops all summer. I will say be prepared for a long healing journey full of mental ups and downs. The first time I ever had plastic surgery I only had a breast augmentation and that was okay. I had that surgery in America and didn’t get 1/4 of the care I got in Turkey for the price. I was young so I accepted my original surgeons horrible bedside manner and the fact he ignored my wishes to have a lift with my implants. Needless to say Dr. Bugra had his work cut out for him. One of my boobs had a contractor and the other bottomed out. When Dr. Bugra removed my original implants from the American doctor one was 400cc and the other was 500cc. I never knew. But back to now. I’m very happy with my decision to put my faith in Dr. Bugra and I will be back for a revision tummy tuck that I shouldn’t even need but I do because the same American doctor that botched my breast also botched my tummy tuck. Also Turkey is so beautiful. I wish I could have explored the area a little but I just wasn’t up to it. Not many speak English but the vibes were good and it felt like a mini vacation were I could just exist by myself without feeling alone. I got so use to not speaking sometimes I didn’t realize when the hotel managers were talking to me in English. If you are a loner or need to unplug from being social you would love it. I surely did. I went right after Christmas and I didn’t see anyone else in the hotel who had surgery as well. Nor in the hospital. If you are a super social person and need to be surrounded by people in a similar situation as you then maybe bring a friend.

Dr bugra and his team have been amazing throughout my surgery! I have felt so confident having them by my side to answer any of my questions or worries! There what’s app replies are quick and answered efficiently! I know 2 other ladies who have had procedures with dr bugra from my area. They are 1 year after surgery and they look amazing. His work is excellent. I would highly recommend him. He is a very kind and caring surgeon who immediately made me at ease. I’m 5 weeks post op and I’m still in touch asking questions etc about my recovery. I’m still getting answers quickly and efficiently. So happy with the whole experience

On the 4th of December 2025, I underwent a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction through OP Dr Buğra İpek.
The process from start to finish was pretty quick. I was admitted to hospital at 11:30am, had blood work and x-rays done, my consultation with my surgeon and was on the operating table by 1230pm woke up by 7pm roughly and began my recovery with two nights in hospital and the remainder recovery at the hotel until the 12th of December.
Dr Buğra was very kind and understanding of my needs understanding that I just wanted all the excess skin removed from my stomach.
As in 2020 I had bariatric sleeve surgery in Australia with a starting weight of 120kg and within the year after having the bariatric sleeve surgery weighing 55kgs, feeling I went to far I gained weight over two years to be a happy and comfortable 70kgs and have maintained that weight ever since.
In may I engaged with his admin team to undergo a tummy tuck with 360 Lipo for that added peace of mind.
From the time I met my surgeon to the time I left Turkey, I could not fault him at all he really did do an amazing job at removing all the excess skin and making my stomach look as normal as possible.
After my hospital stay I was discharged and sent back to my hotel room with a nurse that attended daily to perform checkups every day , additional postop lymphatic massages and regular check-in from the admin team.
On the 10th of December I was chauffeured back to the hospital to meet with Dr Buğra where he reassessed my stomach, cleaned my wounds and changed my tapes and then advised me of my at home recovery steps and if I ever had any issues or concerns I had free access to directly communicate with him.
I’m very grateful for my results with how my stomach looks.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Bugra Ipek and his entire team for the outstanding care and the phenomenal results of my recent surgeries. Dr. Ipek performed a complex set of procedures for me within 2 consecutive visits to Turkey (one year apart): a tummy tuck revision with 360-degree contour shaping, BBL, a lower SMAS, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a temporal brow lift.
From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Ipek is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a compassionate listener who genuinely understood my goals and concerns. He has butchered my breast with full scars and swell 3 times since 2023 , 2024 and 2025. The scars worse than before I can’t wear lower cut clothing because scars are visible. I feel that the area treated carelessly and the result looks damaged. I am very unhappy with the outcome and my concern not taken seriously. Meanwhile I have to see other doctor to fix the scary damaged caused by dr. Bugra Ipek

Dr was very efficient and attentive so does the hospital very safe and professional. My scar did not seem perfect at first but turn out good and no complication still plan revision about something I regret choose

Dr bugra is a very highly skilled surgeon who works to perfection I am over the moon with my surgeries I had a tummy tuck bbl and breast surgery sadly due to poor choice in surgeons previously I was quite a bad state then comes in Dr bugra and transforms my body, I would recommend this doctor for all those who want a very comfortable stress free experience with high quality results. The team at his clinic were very friendly and helpful which made my overall experience outstanding. Could not thank Dr bugra enough!
