Dr. Cagatay ONER is a European board certified aesthetic surgeon with 10 years of experience in transforming lives through the art of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He speaks natively French, Turkish and is fluent in English. After earning his medical degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, Dr. ONER completed a rigorous residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital.
