Dream Pants レビュー

Beautifully packaged and my item was in perfect shape

Quality was poor not sure this was FDJ seconds. Wish I had ordered straight from FDJ have bought several pairs from them. One leg looked like it was cut by a child, not even, lots of loose threads. Other side was fine, very disappointed!
Will not be ordering from dream pants again sorry, can not rate higher.

Fast delivery.

Quick efficient service and my return for a different size was seamless! Perfect and thank you

Good service.

This is not the first time I have placed an order with Dream Pants. The quality of the items is wonderful, the sizing is consistent which takes the guess work out when ordering on line. The items I have purchased fit me perfectly. If ever there is an issue with my order, They have allowed me to return the item for another item of clothing.

I am a more senior individual and the selection of merchandise meets the needs of an older person. The items arrive well packaged and were on time.
I will order from Dream Pants again for sure. They are a wonderful reliable Canadian Company

The pants I ordered were classic Joseph Ribkoff straight leg with a slit partly up the back. I had already purchased deep Navy in Calgary and I love them. They have a 29 inch inseam. The ones Dream pants sent me were ordered in black but the pant legs were 30.5 inches on one leg and 30 inches on the other leg in the same size 10. This was very strange because I have quite a few Joseph Ribkoff pieces of clothing and there are all impeccable.

Love them! So soft! The colour is beautiful!

Sadly, they look cheap- and what a funky smell!

I have ordered through Dream Pants for many years and have always been pleased with my purchases.

Great selection and easy to place order. Return policy is easy to follow. Suggest e-mail to notify when credit was issued. Thanks.

Thank you Dream Pants you were my first experience at on line shopping even though I'm a senior

Not good not good not good

I ordered a dress and returned it for a credit which was fine. With my credit I ordered a cardigan which order was confirmed and additional monies were deducted from my CC because the cost of the Cardigan was more than the credit. Again that was fine. A week or so later, I received notification hat the Cardigan was on its way and delivered. The package was never delivered so i thought it had been delivered to the wrong address. When I called Customer Service to track the item, they told me that another Customer made a large order and Medium one I had ordered so they voided my transaction without any notification, explanation nothing. So basically my order was not important to them because someone was spending more money than me. If I had not of called, I would not have known. Seriously?? Who does this, honestly. Terrible customer service. You think they would have the decency just to provide a refund after this but they refused and issued another credit. I would never use this company again.

Great selection on website. Ordering from your company is so easy and it is also very easy to do a return. Olivia from customer service is fantastic!
