Do not bother.

Ok good points - The mattress is comfortable.

Bad points - the packaging was wet, damaged, muddy, dusty generally filthy. I raised a concern and got told don’t worry the mattress is in a bag as well 🙈🙈🙈

Frequent turning - you literally have to turn it weekly or it starts to miss shape.

Mattress protector - This is the fun bit, It’s made by Nectar and has this on the box, Dream cloud and Nectar are owned by the same company. It clearly says on the box Waterproof, the images and description are identical on both web sites apart from dream cloud exclude the last one, the price is also the same.

Dream cloud claim whey they say water proof they mean resistant even though they mean completely different things. And even though the top linen companies in the company agree that proof means proof dream cloud Aparently can re-right the dictionary 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Warrantee - mean nothing, life time Aparently ? So 2 months old and due to failure of there waterproof protector our mattress is now damaged, they won’t replace even though it’s there fault and call it normal ware and tear.

365 day trial, yep means nothing as they are saying ahh yeh but damaged due to normal wears and tear.

Don’t waste your money go to a bed shop speak to some one in the know and deal with a person.

Avoid like the plague! I was given my three hour delivery window, the driver pulled up to my apartment building and drove off with no explanation. Nobody contacted me, absolute radio silence. After countless calls back and forth I was guaranteed another slot that evening. Again, nobody showed. No calls. Nothing. After more calls, long waits on hold to DreamCloud and their delivery partner I’m told nobody seems to have a clue what’s happened to my delivery and it would be at least 48 hours before I could maybe get another, but could be more. What’s more, a refund would take five days. I’ve cancelled my order and will just await my refund. I cannot stress this enough, do not order from this company if you actually want your product to arrive.

There was nothing wrong with the purchase process or delivery both easy and top notch.
The problem lies with the mattress itself, after only 4 weeks the mattress has a sunken area, in fact it has 2 sunken spots as I turned it after 2 weeks.

Lovely mattress. High quality and very comfortable. I left it for few days without sleeping on it to expand completely. Very happy customer.

Although the mattress did not work for me the support team sent an enhancer to see if that helped. It did but not enough I'm sorry to say.

Ultimately, after 2 months, I returned the mattress with a full refund. The pick up a repayment completed within a week.

I have had one of these mattresses for not quite 2 years.
After a time they go very soft and not supportive causing myself and my husband chronic back pain.
I called to report this problem and absolute no interest from the company, I had to go to another company to get the mattresses inspected.
After 1 failed to appear appointment they finally can to inspect using a piece of string across the bed to determine the problem.
Very poor after sales for the wonderful lifetime warranty apparently given!
In the end I bought a mattress for £130 off Amazon much better quality and comfort.

Easy ordering process. Helpful customer service. Delivery service was great. Mattress unpacked and will be left for a couple of days to expand back to normal size before using, as advised. So unable to give review of mattress at this time.

If u could give 0 stars I would. The mattress i bought from dreamcloud had damaged my back terribly and theyve now refused to collect it even though it has a 365 day return policy. The mattress is in perfect condition and they've messed me around for 3 months multiple calls loads of my time wasted. Theyve agreed to collect it twice now asked for pictures and videos which ive provided and still wont collect it. I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again terrible! Your reply says reach out to your support team but ive done that plenty and they have messed me around for months. Tell them to contact me! Duk54048

Nicely detailed information on the DreamCloud website made choosing my ideal mattress easy, supported by plenty of online research. The ordering process was efficient and simple. Pre-delivery updates were regular and useful. Delivery was on time as selected. The product itself is all I was hoping for. After a pitiful experience with another mattress company leading to a cancelled order, DreamCloud's performance was spot-on.
One warning: These things are indeed heavy and, whilst I managed to get the packaged mattress upstairs and onto the bed base on my own, I would advise seriously considering the delivery to your room option!

Since purchasing our mattress we have slept so much better. I would highly recommend this companies products. We now have the mattress and two neck pillows.

Very impressed with the quality. It's a big purchase and you'll want to know if it's as good as you hope it will be. The mattress is definitely worth the investment, especially when you compare the price to other manufacturers. The 365 day return period shows confidence and the mattress is worthy of that confidence. Very comfortable, now we cannot blame the mattress if we don't sleep.
Delivery was also excellent.
Break the price into a daily cost and decide it you'd be willing to pay that for a good night's sleep if the answer is yes, go for it. It's well worth it. My sleep app has recorded at least 1 hour average increase in my sleep.

Dreamcloud does not disclose where they are made ,they are is in fact made in Turkey .
So dont buy it if you want to buy from a uk manufacturer like i did.

This mattress is wonderful. Delivered this morning and is sooo comfy. I can't wait for tonight to get a great night's sleep.

when I purchased the mattress I had my doubts about getting a refund if needed. As it turned out I needed to get that refund and returned the mattress quickly and was refunded quickly. The mattress was great and comfortable but being a big bloke there was not quite enough firmness for me and my dodgy back

Be aware that shipping only means to your door. If you actually want the 50kg mattress in your bedroom (and why wouldn’t you as that’s what makes sense) you need to pay extra! Not that they tell you this until after the delivery people turn up with the mattress. Not great service when your customers are disabled and have told you this. Delivery company left mattress at foot of stairs and left.

I invested in the Luxury Hybrid mattress over a month ago and it has transformed our sleep. It is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support and comfort. The layers are great, especially the memory foam top layer and it really does have a reinforced edge. I can confirm it is great for either a side or back sleeper.

Best mattress I’ve had so far! It’s incredibly comfortable and I wake up with no aches or pains. My back feels perfectly supported, and I can finally enjoy a proper lie-in on my days off. Thank you — I highly recommend it!

The company was great, kept me informed all the time, the delivery men were on time and very helpful. I looked for the best reviews I could find for a new mattress, this one came out at the top, and in the sale, even better.
it's amazing to sleep on, so comfortable and with the extra depth of it 12" to mine that was 9" on wooden slats, it made such a difference, so far I have no complaints what so ever, I would definitley recommend this mattress. Thank you Dreamcloud for all your help.
