Excellent customer service and quality fabrics.

Fabulous pricing and service from Shadz and the DreamTeam, the live shows are always well presented and close ups too. The new website is easy to use and the onscreen presentation during the live shows are much improved with the new technology which should make the shows flow a little faster as viewers shouldn’t need any repetition during the showcases if their WiFi drops out at all. Sound and colour is fair, if I was going to be critical I would say this could be clearer and is an area for improvement but not necessarily DF’s fault, we all have different screen quality on our devises and sound could be a fault on internet speeds and weather conditions.

Shads is really personable, his hands are always clean which may sound a strange thing to say but if you watch a lot of close up sales or YouTube tutorials you’d realise what I mean as often dirty hands is off putting.

I am a regular purchaser and find the ‘shipping on hold’ function to combine prices for the full weeks shows to be a real bonus as fabric can be quite weighty which makes shipping pricey with other suppliers but with DF it’s a fixed price no matter how much weight in the order unless shipping to outside the UK.

Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, and half the order had to be refunded as not available. The remaining 3m of fabric was sent in 2 halves rather than a continuous piece, which meant I couldn't make what I wanted to. The fabric itself is nice and well priced. but I wouldn't use the company again

An amazing company for all your fabric and sewing needs. Excellent quality and great twice weekly live shows. All of the staff especially Shadz are absolutely awesome. Always prompt communication if ever you need help. Highly recommended

New to sewing and wanted material to practice on without spending too much money. Bought a 5kg bag and surprised to see the quality and selection of materials. Enough of each individual material for projects that I intend to try and make

I think the quality of the fabrics is great and I love the little extras you include.I needed some more thread for my overlocker and some more interfacing and it was in my last parcel.

It is so lovely to get a good description for the products and being able to see the fabric move and up close on the live shows is something else. As I don’t live near your shop they way you show on a live helps me to make myselections
