1 year post op, not happy with end result and no reaction back from team Voila or dr Furkan after Bbl surgery.

Ich bin so verliebt in meinen neuen Körper. Dr. Furkan ist so ein netter und lockerer Arzt! Das gesamte Team gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Krankenschwestern sind auch total lieb und sorgen sich um einen 24/7. Ich bin alleine angereist und habe wirklich keine Begleitung gebraucht. Canan ist auch so ein liebevoller Mensch. Man fühlt sich allgemein sehr wohl. Ich würde es jeden empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die liebevolle Unterstützung 🩷 bis bald liebes Voila Team!

Ich hatte sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Team und Dr Furkan. Schon bereits vor der OP wird man pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und das Hotel, das er für seine Patienten ausgesucht hat, ist wunderschön. So erholt man sich gerne von der OP. Auch sein Team war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es mir nicht gut ging. Auch nachdem ich wieder in Deutschland war, hat man sich jederzeit bei mir gemeldet und wollte wissen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Meine erste Operation (Lipo) ist jetzt zwei Jahre her und die Warzenvorhofverkleinerung 6 Monate, deshalb mache ich diese Bewertung, damit man auch mal Erfahrungen liest, Erfahrungen liest, die schon was länger her und auch abgeheilt sind.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung teilen und besonders den Arzt sowie die Nachsorge hervorheben.

Dr. Furkan Certel ist ein außergewöhnlicher Arzt, der nicht nur fachlich auf höchstem Niveau arbeitet, sondern auch mit einem besonderen Gespür für Ästhetik arbeitet. Man merkt sofort, dass er großen Wert darauf legt, auf die individuellen Wünsche einzugehen und das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen. Seine Arbeit hat mich wirklich beeindruckt.

Auch das Pflegepersonal im Krankenhaus war sehr professionell, aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wurde rund um die Uhr betreut.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Nachsorge im Hotel, da ich dort zusätzlich fünf Tage betreut wurde. Diese Betreuung war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Schwestern waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben unglaublich schnell reagiert. Egal welches Anliegen ich hatte, nach einer kurzen Nachricht war sofort jemand im Zimmer und hat sich gekümmert.

Es wurde sich durchgehend um alles gekümmert: meine Medikamente wurden zuverlässig bereitgestellt, meine Drainagen regelmäßig kontrolliert und meine Korsage immer wieder perfekt angepasst. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern und habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher und bestens versorgt gefühlt.

Diese Art der Nachsorge ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat für mich einen enormen Unterschied gemacht. Man merkt hier ganz klar, dass es nicht nur um die Operation geht, sondern um eine umfassende Betreuung auch danach.

Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung und kann das gesamte Team von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll – aber ich weiß, dass diese Worte von Herzen kommen.

Ich habe bei Dr. Furkan Certel eine BBL-Reduktion (Verkleinerung) machen lassen – und ehrlich gesagt: Er hat mir mein Leben zurückgegeben.

Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich gesehen, gehört und ernst genommen gefühlt. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, mir zugehört, jede einzelne meiner Sorgen verstanden. Und das meine ich wirklich so: Als ich nach meinem Flug ankam, ist er persönlich ins Krankenhaus gekommen, um nach mir zu schauen. Wer macht so etwas heutzutage noch? Für mich ist er ein absoluter Goldmensch. Ich wünsche mir von Herzen, dass er immer glücklich bleibt.

Seine Arbeit? Einfach auf einem anderen Level. Mein Ergebnis ist perfekt – keine Dellen, keine Unregelmäßigkeiten. Man merkt sofort: Hier wurde nicht einfach „gemacht“, sondern wirklich gedacht. Er hat mathematisch genau kalkuliert, wie viel abgesaugt werden muss. Für mich: Hände wie Picasso, ein Kopf wie Albert Einstein.

Auch das gesamte Umfeld war einfach nur beeindruckend. Das Krankenhaus war wunderbar – ich war so schnell wieder fit, dass ich direkt nach der OP schon 3000 Schritte gelaufen bin. Das Essen war fantastisch, die Versorgung top.

Danach ging es in ein 5-Sterne-Hotel – jeden Tag ein frisch gereinigtes Zimmer, immer angenehm beduftet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Aftercare-Team war hochprofessionell und immer für mich da.

Und ich muss sagen: Ich war schon in vielen Ländern, von Los Angeles bis Spanien – aber so eine Menschlichkeit, so ein Service und so viel Herz habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht auch an Yasemin Köse. Sie ist wirklich ein Herzensmensch. Vor der OP hat sie sich jeden Tag meine Sorgen angehört, war immer erreichbar und hat sogar einen Zoom-Call mit dem Arzt organisiert, damit ich mich sicher fühle. Sie hatte einen unglaublich positiven Einfluss auf mich – danke für alles, ich hoffe, du bleibst genauso wundervoll und glücklich.

Danke auch an Canan und all die Krankenschwestern – ihr seid Engel!
Und auch ein großes Dankeschön an das Transfer-Team – immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und sehr angenehm.

First met with Dr Furkan in Harley street London for my consultation. Then flew to Istanbul for my surgery. I had old breast implants removed uplift and new implants. Honestly this surgery has been life changing for me. My old implants had been making me very unwell and for quite sometime. I’m so happy I choose to go with voila the staff hospital hotel transport nurses at the hotel all fantastic. The care I received in Istanbul was incredible. Im 4 weeks after surgery now I’m doing so well and feel so healthy the scars are amazing and it’s still such early days. I have and would recommend this company and Dr Furkan. The price for surgery and the 5 star hotel with breakfast. Nurses on call 24 hours for your entire stay. and all transport to and from airport and hospital plus the most amazing plastic surgery you will not find anywhere else like this.

Ich war bereits vor vier Jahren bei Dr. Furkan für eine BBL und habe mich nun erneut für eine Brustaugmentation mit Implantaten bei ihm entschieden. Die Operation ist sehr gut verlaufen und ich bin jetzt zweieinhalb Wochen post OP schon sehr glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Die Brüste sehen wunderschön aus und sind genau so geworden wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe, wirklich eine hervorragende Arbeit an der ich nichts auszusetzen habe.

Einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft den Krankenhausaufenthalt in den ersten zwei Nächten. Die Verständigung mit dem Pflegepersonal war schwierig, da kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde und man auf Übersetzungs Apps angewiesen war. Das war etwas anstrengend.

Sobald ich jedoch im Hotel war und vom Team der Viola Klinik betreut wurde, lief alles reibungslos und sehr professionell.

Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Ergebnis und der Arbeit von Dr. Furkan sehr zufrieden und das wird definitiv nicht mein letztes Mal bei ihnen gewesen sein.

I traveled from the UK to Turkey for my procedure, and overall I had a very positive experience. The medical team was professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was well organized, including transportation and accommodation, which made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

The post-operative support has also been great, and they are always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. I truly appreciate their care and attention.

My experience with dr. Furkan and the Viola team was amazing! I had breast lift, breast implant, tummy tuck, 360 liposuction and bbl. I was very nervous to have travel alone to Istanbul for the surgeries but the help and care from everyone was incredible! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results!!

My surgeon was @Dr Furkan he's such an amazing doctor! From start to finish I felt like he would take care of me and he did just that! It's important to feel safe and I definitely dia, along with the welcoming of the whole viola team. Everyone was so hands on and happy to help which made me feel at home. The hospital is very clean and the whole place was full of joy. Back to the hotel 5star, very clean and relaxing for recovery. with nurses living at the hotel, that was the best, anytime you need them there are there in a second di got massages and i would say it was sweet pain but very worthy it.
I would recommend Dr Furkan to anyone, he will be honest with you if he can help you or not! J’ai fait un bbl avec lipo 360 et lipo des bras. Je suis aujourd’hui à deux mois et deux semaines post-op, et j’ai assez de recul pour voir les résultats. Concernant les bras je suis vraiment déçue parce que je n’ai pas de résultats et j’ai l’impression d’avoir rajouté cette option pour rien. Concernant les fesses j’ai un joli résultat, j’avais des hip dips maintenant j’ai de jolies hanches. Le seul souci c’est que j’ai une hanche plus grosse que l’autre, ça pourrait se voir cet été en maillot de bain. La forme des fesses est jolie mais j’aurais voulu plus de projection, j’imagine que je devrais faire un deuxième Bbl parce que de profil ça ce vois pas c’est très léger et pas ce que j’avais demandé . Ensuite, pour la lipo, je n’ai plus aucun bourrelet dans le dos, il m’a bien sculpté sur les côtés aussi. En revanche j’ai toujours du ventre surtout le bas mais j’ai encore des zones dur j’attends de voir puisque c’est entre 3 et 6 mois pour les résultats final. Mais je suis globalement satisfaite c’est des détails et ça s’arrangera avec un deuxième round même si je pensais pas avoir à en refaire un. De toute manière je suis plus à l’aise avec la silhouette que j’ai grâce au docteur. Maintenant concernant l’accueil, l’accompagnement, les infirmières et l’hôtel rien a dire 10/10.

I had my tummy tuck and arm lipo on 26th of August. Am 16 weeks post op and am extremely happy with the outcome of my tummy tuck. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. Dr Furkan was very attentive and staff were reassuring, and highly skilled, which made me feel confident, comfortable and well cared for throughout the hospital and the hotel

The hospital itself deserves 5 stars for cleanliness—it was spotless and very well maintained. And 5-star hotel with 24 hours nurse available.

Honestly, where do I start? This has truly been a life-changing experience.

Dr. Furkan Certel is, in my opinion, the best plastic surgeon in Turkey. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and warmth. He has an absolutely amazing team, and I felt supported every step of the way.

It all began with the surgery coordinator, Sonic, who guided me throughout the entire process and patiently answered my many questions. When I arrived in Turkey from London, the transfer was seamless. The team was waiting at the airport to take me to the beautiful Marriott hotel, and then to the hospital for my blood tests prior to surgery day.

On the day of surgery, I met Dr. Furkan Certel. Both my mum and I were very nervous, but his confidence, calm manner, and reassurance instantly put us at ease. I had printed out posters with pictures of exactly what I wanted, and Dr. Furkan took the time to have a very thorough consultation with me. The hospital itself was spotless, high-end, and extremely professional, which gave me even more confidence. After all the checks were completed, I went down for surgery feeling reassured and safe.

The hospital staff were incredible. The nurses were kind, vigilant, and available 24/7 throughout the night. I felt so well looked after, and even the hospital food was nice! The next day, Dr. Furkan came to see me and explained how the surgery went, including how much fat was transferred. I was so happy beyond words that I even gave him a hug 😭🩷

After my hospital stay, I returned to the hotel, where the nurses were always available to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable. On my final days, Dr. Furkan removed the drains, and it was completely painless. He is professional, friendly, confident, and genuinely caring, an overall lovely man who truly deserves all the praise.

As an extra touch, Dr. Furkan’s team gave me skincare products, and his lovely wife even offered me her own cosmetics brand the day before I left. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that made the whole experience even more special.

I highly recommend Dr. Furkan Certel and the Voila team. I would absolutely come back to him for future procedures, as he is the only surgeon I trust with my body. I have recommended him to so many people, they have seen my experience and can agree the results speak for themselves.

Had my first surgery with Dr furkan in 2021, it was the best decision I made, no day passed without people asking where I had my body done, went back to get my breast argumentation in 2025 Jan and it still came out perfect. I’ll truly recommend Dr furkan, I think he understands a woman’s body and so it’s effectless for him. Even tho I think I got better care the first time than the second time, overall I’ll still go back to him if I had to.
I was a bit scared with my second surgery but he assured me every time that it’s nothing and whatever I felt will go away with time.
I highly recommend him.

Very professional and friendly

I had my Lipo 360 and BBL done by Dr. Furkan, and now 10 months later, my recovery has been absolutely extraordinary.
