Very helpful in accommodating my needs.

First of all the operator Annie was very very helpful to me. She stayed in contact with me until my appointment with the doctor was done. Secondly dr Moayad Abdalla was very helpful and sincere. Great service and fast. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Doctor was kind and listened to me. She explained all reasons for my symptoms and help me to understand what could cause my sudden diarrhea and cramps. It was a good experience to have consult like this in a foreign country. I am more comfortable now and feel at ease because I did consult with her. Dr Angeliki Mina is a real good Doctor that has experience in many fields of care including listening skills, involving me in options of treatment and offers logical care pathways with satisfying results and then she even takes time to follow up my care. I struggle to find kind of Doctor but now I will highly recommend her to all!

They assigned me a doctor not licensed in my state, who gave an illegal prescription (none of the doctors identifying information). When I complained, they said "it's completely legal and to try another pharmacy". I tried 4, they all said the same thing. They won't even discuss a refund, so I will be lodging a complaint with my credit card for services unrendered. $55 to give illegal scripts? I'll be contacting the BBB, as well. Using an old email to not get harassed by them.

Definitely worth the money, a game changer of a service and highly responsive. You are in great hands!

Straight to the point and very very helpful.

I am saddened to have to change my review, but after much thought, I have to say that the services received by myself through Dr. Galen was substandard and highly ineffective. If you are looking for proper healthcare, save your money and look elsewhere. You will thank me.

Update comment:
I had a very bad surprise on the billing. Though the price displayed for the consultation was 25$. I was charged 50$. For no reason. When i chatted with the customer care their answer was at first « the doctor decided to charge you 50$ - its at their own discretion. » Then i invoked their terms and conditions saying specifically that the price that is charged is the one written. They said « no, but it’s on the doctor terms and conditions » when i looked at it « nothing on that ». I contested once again and they invented the reason that it’s on another terms and conditions i don’t have access to / nor nobody online.

So bottom line, DON’T GO FOR THEM. They will charge you no matter what they want and will come up with lame excuses invoking documents that customer don’t have access to… which is basically illegal and against business law in any country.

+ I still find it super outrageous to say in the first place « yes you can get a prescription from the doctor », when in fact the first thing the doctor will say is « i cannot give a prescription ».

Very nice support from the technical team to get in contact with a turkish doctor while i was on vacation their. However, i put 4 stars because they garante i could get a prescription for drugs for the disease that i have. However in turkey, you always need to have tests to have a drug prescription… so i had to go to a private hospital to get another diagnostic (the same) with this time the analysis.

Only online doctor website that actually provided me with what I needed. And this is the 3rd website I tried. So thank you very much.

4 stars of 5 just for missing the availability of the doctors on the website. It would be very helpful if patients can seen that the doctor they have booked appointment is available to talk with the patient.

Scam website and full of spam and marketing, incorrect info, and fake reviews

Dr Fateh is a thorough professional. He is an amazing listener. He listened to everything I had to say, asked all the relevant questions to get the details and history, was empathetic to look at the pictures to get a wholistic view point of the issue we were discussing and provided detailed answers and explanations. I would recommend highlu recommend him. He is definitly my number one choice on this platform. This playform is way cheaper than icliniq and more patient oriented. Rather than going back and forth with the patient, the doctor is available on the call.

DrGalens team went above and beyond to accommodate me ! I was in another country when I fell ill and missed the first appointment no fault of the staff. However they reached out to me to ask if I still wanted an appointment 🙃 I said yes. They arranged this appointment in a day or so. And I will still able to be seen. The doctor was the most professional I've seen and spoke to me with care. I would highly recommend DrGalen and staff!

Excellent service, highly recommend if you are in an emergency and need help quickly and don't want to go to the hospital if it happens to be a bank holiday.
