It took 2wks of back and forth emails before they sent the product, as at first they ran out of stock 1 wk after I had an email saying that it had been sent, then I had to order off another website and let them know what I wanted so they could send it but once they did send the item it arrived very quick.

We love the service, it is quick efficient and our deliveries are always on time.

Great company, have used before and very reliable. This time had an issue and didn’t arrive however, emailed and had a replacement sent which arrived in 7 days. Great service as usual. Many thanks.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Dr Growkit or their newer company, NatureSmartShop, based on my recent experience.

I paid approximately €69 for my latest order. To be fair, they did attempt to reship the parcel twice after the original shipment did not arrive, and both times the parcel appeared to go missing according to the tracking information. I made payment at the end of March, and it has now been nearly two months. I have been very patient throughout the process. However, despite the reshipments, I still never received any of the parcels, and the latest tracking appears to show the shipment stuck in customs.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer support afterwards. I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting assistance and eventually a refund, but they became unresponsive.

In the past, I also received products from a previous batch that had some mould issues. At the time, I chose not to complain because I understand these are organic products and occasional issues can happen. However, the way this recent situation has been handled has significantly changed my view of the company.

My overall impression is that the companies are fine when orders arrive without complications, but if there are shipping problems or issues with the order, customers may struggle to get support, communication, or resolution.

Very disappointing experience overall.

The product and its effect are very weak or almost non-existent

I’ve ordered from this website a few times. Each time my order eventually arrived. However, the last order took a very long time to process. I had to email them several times, but they never replied. They seem to have no customer service at all. Perhaps they don’t respond to UK customers, possibly because the product is illegal here

Brilliant company did everything they said they would.
Excellent tracking on order and amazing delivery time.

I usually purchase their microdose but I tried their Pink Paradise and another microdose product for some reason the product was sour upon consumption. I emailed the company haven't heard back on this. The Pink paradise I took less than the recommended quantity. For somer eason I had really severe stomach cramps even 48 hours after ingestion. I've never experienced this with higher doses with another source. I had to throw away the remaining of the pack. It's concerning. Not sure if something happened during transit or if there was contamination during preparation. Shipping was relatively quick though

The Box and Produkts where muldy ...after delivering. And i send an Email, because of this Problem.... and never resieved a respondse...

So i think IT was the Last time i orderd somithing in the Shop..:-(

Don't buy nothing from them you'll never receive your package 200 pound stolen what a god awful company

The package arrived quickly, no issues there. However, the truffles had no effect on me, literally zero. I drank a whole package in a smoothie, twice, and nothing at all.

Everything was great and a serious first harvest!!!

I will be shopping here again!!!Thanks!!

Never arrived

I have still not received my order or had any replies to my emails on the matter. Money taken and no delivery!
