I started Bien a few weeks ago and have already experienced positive effects on my stress management. I was looking for alternatives to traditional medecines and satisfied so far with how micro-dosing helps me to look at daily situations with a different perception.

The truffles and Focus in The Chaos work wonders, I'm feeling an increase of energy and focus. I do have a preference for the Focus in The Chaos, they feel less strong and better for focused work I'd say, but great products in any case!

J’avais déjà fait une cure de micro dose et BIEN a vraiment des produits de qualité et facile à prendre. Cela fait 4 prises et je sens petit à petit les effets bénéfiques concrets.
Il faut mieux partir sur 6 semaines pour avoir tous les effets bénéfique de la cure. Pause. Puis de nouveau 6 semaines.

Je souffre d’un SSPT et j’ai pris la cure Peace in the chaos sur 6 semaines.
J’ai ressenti les effets relaxants dès les premières prises, mais c’est vraiment au bout de deux semaines que j’ai vu une amélioration de ma concentration, de ma productivité et de ma créativité.
J’avais plein d’idées mais surtout je les réalisais :)
Je pouvais enfin de nouveau rester concentrée sur une tâche plusieurs heures… un soulagement ! :)

Je suis vraiment impressionnée par les effets du complément alimentaire à base de Lion's Mane ! Depuis que j’ai commencé à l’utiliser, j’ai constaté une nette amélioration de ma concentration et de ma clarté mentale. Là où je peinais à rester focalisée sur mes tâches auparavant, je ressens maintenant une meilleure capacité à rester concentrée pendant de longues périodes sans être facilement distraite.

From the website to receiving the products everything has been amazing. Customer service is has always super available and welcoming. Products arrived quickly and even packaging is seamless! Now on my third week of the cure and truly see the impact. I'm much more zen, my sleep has never been this good (I feel it but I also see it on my smartwatch) and I'm overall less anxious than usual. I've been also trying the gummies and it's nice to have something to take every day - I feel like they add to my routine and are also very useful. I'll definitely do a full peace in the chaos cure again (especially now that the days are getting darker and shorter)
