My daughter suffered for few years from abdominal discomfort sometimes severe pain, nausea and nobody told us what exactly is causing that but fortunately she saw dr. Helen and we started to follow her instructions and my daughter is so much better. She has intolerance to milk. Thank you for your help.

Dr Helen is in a class of her own. We visited the clinic in Ringwood to seek expert advice on our daughter's eczema. She was empathetic, kind, patient and a complete expert in her field. My husband and I left feeling like our daughter is in trustworthy hands, with a clear plan, and that the cloud of overwhelm lifted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Helen, or her colleagues, especially if you're feeling lost in a sea of anecdotal advice and well-meaning folks sharing their miracle cures. Our 8 year old son recently completed the egg ladder with Dr Helen’s team and their care and consideration is second to none. Hendrix was completely at ease and I cannot recommend the knowledge and understanding of allergies enough. Thoroughly recommend getting in touch.

Dr Helen is a very experiecnes and passionate allergies. I went to see her due to extortionate wait for NHS appointments and was able to be seen quite quickly. The waiting room was very child friendly and clean and both Dr Helen and her secretary were friendly and approachable. Dr Helen gave detailed explanations about her rationale and advice for treatment (was like a mini education session!) Was prescribed some topical treatemtns and given advice abojt what to bring up in my NHS appointment for future/potential interventions. And she also gave advice about my son when mentioned about his skin issues. Would 100% recommend.

Helen is brilliant. Her insightfulness and willingness to listen are standout. We were very concerned about our child's animal milk protein allergy - we had done some research to help us identify what was wrong, but we were unsure of how to navigate infant allergies within the health care system, in terms of diagnosis and care, and in which direction to take weaning. Helen was able to support us in the diagnosis and ultimately have us referred to the relevant hospital department who confirmed the allergy and are now monitoring the situation, and who will devise a plan for rechallenging in the future.

We were recommended Dr Helen by a friend after our son has struggled with flaring eczema for several months. Our GP wasn’t handling it well, and the same flare went on for 7 months. I booked to see Dr Helen and after a one hour consultation and a private prescription of topical cream- she was able to get our son out of the flare and back to his happy self within days. Booking the consultation was so easy, I was able to move the date with ease when I couldn’t make the initial one thanks to compassionate customer care. The clinic was easy to find with parking on site. The consultation was brilliant, I learnt so much about eczema and triggers. Even after googling eczema constantly for 7 months, I still hadn’t found the answers and advice that Dr Helen provided. This consultation was life changing. Having a child with uncontrolled eczema negatively affects not just them but all of our family’s lives. We would have people staring at my son and his awful skin if we went out anywhere. He couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t play! We had tried everything. Our only regret with using Dr Helen’s service is that we hadn’t booked in sooner to save months of heart ache. If you or your child are suffering, don’t hesitate to book in with Dr Helen. She saved our son, brought him back to us. No longer a constantly itchy, sleep deprived boy who found little joy in anything. He’s got his childhood back! Worth every penny. We just cannot thank you enough Dr Helen and team.

Dr Helen and the team have been amazing in helping treat my daughter’s peanut allergy through OIT. They have supported our entire family through the journey and gone above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend Dr. Helen allergy anyone.

With a complex mix of ongoing ill health, Dr Helen has gone the further mile to help our son. She listens in with compassion and empathy, she doesn’t talk at you, she makes young people feel at ease and shows them respect.
