Never got mine

Terrible quality. Ball came lopsided and never got better. Cheap garbage and took forever to get it. Do not buy. I contacted dribble dream and they never got back to me

frustrating experience with the DribbleDream basketball purchased for my son. Although it delivered on its promise of being silent, its failure to bounce properly undermines its fundamental purpose as a basketball. The hassle of returning the product to China for a refund, only to settle for a discount instead, certainly adds to the disappointment. This scenario highlights the importance of verifying product functionality alongside its special features. Unfortunately, this purchase seems to have been more trouble than it was worth, providing a less than satisfactory experience for practicing basketball skills.

DON’T BUY!! Waited weeks. Just got my 2 basketballs and they are lopsided. Will make good expensive dodge balls. Once again do not buy!!!!!!

Took 6 weeks to receive the ball and it’s not even to the ball advertised! Received a ball that you can get on Amazon for $12. It’s a scam!! Never buy anything from this company

Company communicates a lot but not with info pertinent to your order. Updates on order were few and you always have to ho find your order number. They were up front saying there were stock issues and ours was coming from overseas. Took too long, arrived wrapped in plastic only, no brand name, lines drawn looks like by hand. Bounce is quiet, but takes more force than expected and ours is not true in all revving from floor. It is ok but would not do again.

This was the biggest waste of money ever. The balls were not round. You might as well try and dribble a football. TERRIBLE.

Same terrible experience as others here. The order is taking much longer than advertised. Tracking site only says "airline departure" but that has been going on for days. Sent emails to customer support but no replies.

It's a Scam!! Ordered mid March and still haven't received anything. Customer service won't give clear info on delivery eta.

Zero stars! Do not buy! Purchase a different ball on Amazon. It’s takes over a month to receive. I fell for an ad on the internet which was stupid..

A month later and still have not received product. Their ads claim they manufacture in the USA but it's clear from the shipping details is coming from China. How are they allowed to get away with that? Customer service was no help. Steer clear.

Ordered two balls mid March, still have not received today, April 6th. Been receiving emails that claim the order is in shipment but the tracking number and link doesn’t work. Sent email through the site but not getting any concrete information and plan to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible experience. Similar to prior reviews. Shipped from overseas, cheap quality, long shipping time. No customer service and zero ability to leave review on actual site. Mad at myself for falling for this scam.

Waited 3 weeks to have it shipped directly from China and the quality is terrible. I wouldn't even pay $5 for this. Tried to return it within the 30 day window and they said they can't issue return authorizations now and the best they can do is give us a 50% refund. Stay away!

FYI, this is a complete scam. The ball doesn’t dribble.. it was sent from China, and for a refund, it should be sent back to China. The BBB should intervene to keep these out of the landfill.

This company claims to be USA. Every thing came from Japan.
It is nothing more then a round sponge. It does not bounce.

I attempted to purchase a second silent basketball from them as my kids both loved the first one. I made the purchase February 20, 2024. $40+ was debited from my bank account for this purchase on February 20, 2024. On March 15, I contacted customer service. They gave me a link to the tracking information that shows that the package left china February 26, 2024 and eventually arrived in Atlanta, GA on March 8, 2024. I live near Atlanta. I’ve contacted dribble dream customer service several times since and today, April 1, 2024 they responded with ‘sorry to inform you we don’t have any control over the delivery process of the courier’. I asked them what the $4.99 ‘priority processed shipping and insurance’ paid for exactly since they claim free shipping on the website. Of course, no answer to that in their response. Basically, they want me to just wait until the package is delivered. I WILL NEVER BUY from them again and suggest no one else does either based on my experience with them.

More than 2 weeks since I placed the order. No product no tracking info. Customer support is useless. DO NOT BUY

Delivery is taking a long time. Tracking is seldom updated. Will contact Mastercard soon to cancel order and messages sent customer service are incoherent
