Dibbledream sent me a non dribbledream ball and will take return only if I ship to China. This company is a scam, don't buy from trydribbledream

I would not give them any stars if I could. This company is a fraud. I ordered a basketball in December from them, they took my money and I still do not have my product nor will they return my emails. So frustrating!!

Very disappointed in the product, what a ripoff!
I waited 8 weeks and was told I couldn’t get a refund until I received the product. It was super cheap, I should have bought one elsewhere. Do not buy from them…

We got scammed too. Ordered Dec 3 and confirmed 10 days later - first red flag. Got several shipping updates day after day but none indicating where the order actually was. Shipping emails claim a 18-28 days later delivery but it’s been over a month now. And look at their Shipping Policy page. It looks blank but if you highlight it all with your mouse, you can read it. The Shipping Policy says, “5-9 day delivery” - nope. Filed a dispute with my CC and got provisional credit. Dribble Dream will have 45 days to respond but since we never got anything, they won’t win. Also, read the reviews on their website. The 1 star reviews say, “love my ball,” and, “quick shipping.” It’s all BS, don’t buy this.

Ordered before Xmas took over a month to arrive. Must have come by ship. I no longer want it and they told me to send it back to China.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing but I was in a rush before Christmas. I ordered a week before Christmas to buy a silent basketball. At the time of purchase the estimated time of delivery was just a few days later. So even though I may not have it by Christmas, I thought even a few days later would be fine. I even paid an extra $5 for priority processing.

Then the next day I get an email, that I won't get the basketball for another month. Of course, I am upset as I paid for priority processing and I went ahead and ordered from Amazon (although I try to support small businesses). I immediately emailed their customer service and asked for a refund and to cancel my order. It was only a day after and they said that I can no longer cancel since they already processed my order. If that is the case, then why do I still not have the product and it is 1/13/26 today.

This is a dishonest company that will steal your money in a heartbeat. They want your money for priority shipping, but have no intention to send the product for months later. They deserve to go out of business. What a sham! I am so sad I fell for it. I hope anyone reading this will take their business elsewhere.

I ordered 3 Dribble Dream balls stated delivery before Christmas. I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

I ordered this product on Dec. 10th with a promise of Christmas delivery. Never received an email with confirmation of order or tracking info. Reached out to company by email on Dec. 22nd. Tracking number given shows my ball “ dribbling” around China. Totally fake. Disputed with credit card company. Shame on me for not checking the legitimacy of this scam of a website in the first place.

The company is real and you’ll get your order, the issue is that you’re receiving cheap, Chinese junk, directly from China. It will take a long time to receive your order, and even if you pay the extra $5 for priority processing and shipping, it still won’t arrive on time for small things like, you know, Christmas. It comes in a plastic shipping back that may be torn if there’s something rigid, like a hoop inside.

The “limited edition” ball itself doesn’t look like the one on the website. You have to put a considerable amount of force to get it to bounce back up to waist height. The hoop that you can order is a standard plastic indoor hoop. Not sure about the adhesive they sent for it. All of the directions are in Chinese, so I have no idea if it’ll tear paint off the wall, so I’ll likely try to hang it with a couple of Command strips.

All in all, you’ll get a product. Eventually. Just be prepared for shipping and quality issues. After ordering this, I noticed that similar silent balls are everywhere including D’s Sporting Goods and TJ Maxx/Marshall’s, all at significantly lower prices.

Ordered two balls and only received one. Immediately wrote customer support. 5 weeks of back and forth emails still only have one ball. Super frustrating!

The Dribble Dream ball is excellent. It bounces just like a regular basketball but is so much quieter. It also came in time for my grandson’s birthday.

My product never arrived. They said they would only give me a refund once it arrived and I returned the product. The tracking system shows it’s still in transit. I ordered the ball in May. Please do not make any purchase through this company.

0 stars. Order finally arrived weeks after expected date. But what arrived, wasn’t even what I ordered. I ordered a regular sized soccer ball and what I received was a toddler sized soccer ball. Tried to get a refund and they said they’ll only refund me IF I PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA, which is MORE than the product, what the f?! So they agreed to give me 40% back, if I just kept the product. Fine whatever, I agreed and then they ghosted me and refused to refund me 40%. It’s been 6 months. Finally gave up. Business is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Literally about 50 emails back and forth and they still have not refunded me the 40% they agreed to since I refuse to pay shipping to return the product to China, which costs more than the actual product.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 basketballs and 2 soccer balls for my daughters. I received the basketball but never received the soccer balls. It has been almost 2 months. There is no phone number to physically talk with someone and all communication is through email. It took weeks for them to finally say they reship another set of soccer balls and guess what?!?! They never came. They will not refund me my money for a product that never came. They are trying to tell me that they were delivered and gave for the tracking info for the basketballs. I just want what I paid for. Do not order from this company.

The ball doesn't bounce like a regular basketball. It bounces like a basketball that is very low in air.

Ordered this product 48 days ago. Never received it and customer service won’t respond so having to dispute charge with credit card. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and order a different brand.

This might be the top 3 worst purchases in my lifetime. In fact, I don't blame Dribble Nightmare, I blame myself. I'm embarrassed I got suckered into buying such a horrible product which I haven't even seen yet and it's been two months, yes two months, no ball. If you are writing a review its too late and I'm sorry, if you are reading this review BEFORE purchasing consider yourself lucky.

Wish I would have read these before purchasing and paying $47 for a silent basketball (when stores in my area sell nice ones for $20). I ordered on 12/8 and still never received. A delivery driver rang the bell about 6 weeks after I ordered and said he had a package that couldn't be delivered because the company added fraudulent mail label. If I wanted it I had to pay another $11. I contacted the company and they said they were sending me a replacement from a local warehouse....it's now 2/21 and I've received nothing.

Fantastic basketball! It’s lightweight, easy to grip, and perfect for stress relief or casual play. The softness makes it safe for indoor use and great for kids. I’m really impressed with the quality and how much fun it’s brought to our family. Would definitely buy again
