We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. Our holiday delivery estimates come directly from USPS. Due to the increased shipment volume, USPS has been skipping some normal scans in an effort to keep packages moving, which can make it appear as though an order hasn’t been received or is not in transit yet.

We appreciate your patience and understand how important timely delivery is, especially during the holidays. If you need help reviewing your order, Dribbleup Customer Service is available via chat and email.

Thank you for the feedback, and we’re glad to hear our customer service was helpful. We do require a valid, ongoing form of payment for purchases and memberships, which may not include preloaded Visa gift cards. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Memberships can be canceled at any time through the account or with help from Dribbleup Customer Service, and no charges continue once a membership is canceled. If you have questions or need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery timing. According to the carrier, the original order placed on December 2 was delivered on December 11, which is longer than typical. When you reached out on December 10, a replacement was sent and shows as delivered on December 13. If you’re still unable to locate either package, please contact us via live chat or email at hello@dribbleup.com and we’ll be happy to help further.

Hi there,
I am sorry for the frustration this has caused. We do not want anyone receiving emails they do not want.

All of our messages include an unsubscribe link at the bottom and using that link will immediately remove that email address from our list. If emails are still coming through it may be tied to a different address that was used previously.

If you would like us to handle this manually please contact us at hello@dribbleup.com with the email or emails you want removed and we will take care of it right away.

Unfortunately, we don’t have another way to apply the discount at this time. The only option currently available is to process it as a refund after the purchase is completed.

The Dribbleup Smart Equipment is paired with a required All-Access Membership, which activates upon delivery and provides access to all training in the app. Membership details, including how to manage or cancel, are shared during checkout and in your confirmation email.
