We have been working with DRIP since December 2022, and our overall experience has been fantastic.

The customer care at DRIP is exceptional, with a dedicated account manager always available to attend to our needs. Our first account manager, Pablo, was good, but communication improved significantly with our new account manager, Pejush Hal. Pejush is incredibly informative and helps us secure funding promptly.

When we first started with DRIP, the lead time for funding an invoice was 1-2 days. However, with the recent improvements to the online portal, the entire funding process has become more streamlined, enabling same-day funding, even when onboarding a new supplier.

We wish DRIP continued success and look forward to maintaining this relationship in the years to come.

The support team responds quickly to all the requests and customer service is very efficient, and address all inquiries promptly.
As for the platform, it is very easy to use and user-friendly, displaying all the needed information in an easy-to-visualize manner.

Drip Capital does not have a US office. The California numbers all get forwarded to India. It is a false brick and mortor in California. Don't trust their paperwork. Their loans do no go off of funding dates. If you ever have payment problems it goes right to their New York attorney that will NEVER talk to you, NEVER answer a phone or email. Just put the hammer down on collections.

We had an existing banking line but we reached a cap on credit utilization and were looking for simpler options for our imports into the US. We stumbled upon Drip Capital, which offers unsecured credit lines to pay your suppliers for the imports. We were approached by them and started hesitantly, but must say impressed with their quicker and simpler onboarding process. So far it's good and best suited for small and medium businesses not so much for large enterprise businesses.

Cannot be trusted. This company is still in startup phase and is far from understanding financing.
The employees made false commitments and wasted time. They lacked professionalism to answer or return phone calls or emails.
If you seek a quicker trade finance option traditional banks are preferred over Drip.

we are new clients, and we were seeking transactional financing. after some documentation, and discussions, we were able to bring together a plan that can work for our company.
We have found that your team is well organized, and willing to listen to our particular needs with our transactions, and we have been able to do several transactions that have worked smoothly, and accurately. Unfortunately with the size of our invoices we will be limited on the volume that we can do with DRIP.
