Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I booked an appointment and paid in full, only to be informed an hour before that they wouldn’t be arriving. The best they could offer was an appointment in two days, which completely defeated the purpose. Very unprofessional. On top of that, they said it would take 5-10 days to refund my money. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give this review a higher rating I would give it a ten. Nurse Kirby was awesome. He communicated during the whole process, and was really knowledgeable. He took care of me and was really attentive.

I scheduled an IV for a fixed time on…
I scheduled an IV for a fixed time on their scheduler on their website but came to find out that it really does not mean anything.
They were not able to get my time and we’re trying to switch to a time that would not work. I wound up canceling and hopefully we’ll be able to get my money back.
