I ordered a tracksuit for a birthday 3 weeks ago. I still haven’t received it. I’ve messaged on instagram and email. Nothing, baring in mind it’s multiple emails and messages on different dates throughout the 3 weeks and I haven’t had anything back. I would recommend never giving these lot your money, how has it taken 3 weeks to send a tracksuit out. Never had this with any other company. Ridiculous.

Slight delay in order being Shipped , i contacted Drip Supply who had my ordwr shipped the next day , Great Quality Products i recieved and also Great Customer Service after i raised issue .

Very quick delivery got my tracky in 2/3 days. Good selection 5 stars .

Don’t even bother making an order with this company. Put an order in 5 days ago on 08/02/2025 and the order still hasn’t been shipped, zero communication whatsoever.

I wanted to return my item as it was faulty loads of feathers kept coming out of the jacket. The merchant refused to provide a return address and now i cant claim my money back. They have ignored my emails since the 11th january and honestly the worst service i have ever experienced

Worst customer service after sales I’ve ever experienced. Left with a coat that is too small. First tried to exchange, after a week from requesting an exchange with no reply I requested a refund. Zero response.

I was unsure on sizing as I was buying for my boyfriend's birthday and the team at Drip Supply were quick to reply and super helpful. Delivery was fast and the items look even better in person than they do on their instagram page. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I got a Trailberg hat from Drip Supply, and no exaggeration - it has changed my life. Since picking it up in mid-December, it’s barely left my head. Not only have I saved money on haircuts, but now my head feels strangely bare and uncomfortable without it. Some might find it odd that I wear a woolly Trailberg hat indoors at work, especially as the weather warms up, but I see it as the next evolution of fashion and comfort.

Seriously though... Drip Supply has some top-quality products from great brands, and its rewards program is better value than any other site in the space. Highly recommend!
