Driving instructor provided was not up to the standard required.
The driving instructor they arranged for me, Ahmad, was not really up to the standard expected. He skipped over a lot of the basic fundamentals of driving, to the point where I had to specifically ask him about certain situations before getting an explanation. His accent was also very difficult to understand sometimes and he had a habit of talking in a low voice, almost a whisper, which only exacerbated this issue. I really would advise people to avoid this service as they clearly don't have any quality control with the drivers they partner with.

Our instructors are fully qualified and expected to cover all aspects of the driving syllabus at a pace appropriate to each learner’s progress. If you ever felt certain topics had not been covered, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address this during your lessons. We have no previous record of these concerns being raised with us.
Regarding your comments about our instructor’s accent, our instructors come from diverse backgrounds, and all are DVSA-approved professionals. We appreciate that communication preferences vary, but we do not believe this is a fair reflection of the instructor’s ability or professionalism.
Finally, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that we lack quality control. We regularly monitor feedback, work closely with our instructors, and take customer concerns seriously. Had you contacted us directly, we would have investigated your concerns and worked towards a resolution.
