Meeting an incredible group of people who you emotionally connect with and share a similar passion with has been life changing.

If you’re a founder who’s been deep in the day to day of your business, this is your sign to take a step back for a week. To reset, reframe, and properly revitalise. Before going, I was at a real breaking point with my business. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and was genuinely close to walking away from it all. Taking a step back for a week felt hard, but it ended up being exactly what I needed.
The biggest thing for me was the people. Being surrounded by like-minded founders, having real conversations, sharing challenges, and supporting each other whilst also celebrating the wins. It’s something you don’t realise you’re missing until you’re in it.
It also gave me the space to work on myself, which ultimately is what improves your business. The clarity, perspective, and self-awareness I’ve taken away will have a direct impact on how I show up moving forward.
I’ve come back feeling more motivated and ready to give everything to my business than ever before. Ive walked away with a completely different mindset and energy.
Grateful for the experience, the connections, and everything I’ve learned. I would highly recommend it to any founder who feels like they need to pause, reset, and come back stronger.

The Driven Young Founder Pods Program is a complete scam! I don't mean this in a figurative sense, I literally mean this program is driven by a Discord bot which has been fully offline for 2 months, yet members keep being charged. Byron has not been active in the server at any point in the last month.

Even worse, I get emails from Byron advertising his retreat program - literally selling me another service when the current one I use doesn't work (at all!)

EDIT: No, not a single member got any emails about the program getting cancelled, yet we all continue to get marketing emails about the next retreats.

But the most outrageous part of this is that Driven Young tried to label this review as "reviewed the wrong domain" to get it removed off their page. I seriously cannot believe this tactic is used to keep their score high. Absolutely shocking.

It's been really good to be part of driven young. It's been less than a week but I've already made friends and I'm excited for what's to come.

Marketing can’t do this justice—because the power of going through a program like this lies in the secrecy of not knowing what to expect.

Is this a space where you can build more friends?
Yes. But it’s more than that. You break down so much about yourself through psychology, and Bryan has done a beautiful job bringing the program to where it is today. Because it’s been run so many times now, the weekend runs seamlessly. No logistical nightmares—just a truly safe space. It’s incredible.

I want to give a special shoutout to Nicole. When she got on stage and shared her experience, you could see how hard it was for her—raw emotions, slight trembling, the pauses. That kind of openness takes serious strength. And what it did was create trust. It gave all of us permission to be vulnerable too. Vulnerability invites vulnerability.

I got to open up about who I really am, and it gave the amazing people on my team a chance to accept me just as I am. Not only that—we each committed to one thing we want to change. Because of the bond we’ve built, we’re actually keeping each other accountable. It’s beautiful.

One of the biggest highlights for me was the masculinity circle—getting to talk about things I never, in a million years, thought I’d ever share…

I had an absolutely fantastic weekend with Driven Young! Everyone I met was so welcoming, and the entire experience was incredibly exciting. It was great to connect with other open and cheerful individuals who share similar goals. The team and volunteers running the program were also incredibly supportive and made the whole weekend a joy!

I’ve recently joined on the second Brisbane intake and completed the opening weekend. It was an incredible experience very emotional and connecting however was extremely positive and uplifting. Great opportunity to meet like minded people who are all there to support each other. I’ve already made some lovely connections and starts of friendships from just the weekend! If you feel like you’ve been stuck wearing a mask or feel heavy under expectations this is for you, we were all given a safe place to just be us and even more magical when no one knows you and vice versa. Like I said I only just started and keen as bean to continue the 12 months with all my other driven young peers. I would highly recommend taking this opportunity

I was a part of the Brisbane DYP weekend and it was hands down one of the best programs I have experienced, truly life changing.

This is a great opportunity to find those 10/10 friends were you connect and bond over the 12months and hopefully into the future. I was apart of Brisbane 2nd weekend event where I met some awesome and like minded people who give it there all over the weekend event

I just finished the weekend for the Brisbane 2 group and it was unbelievable. I wasn't really sure what to expect but I was hopeful and open! The advice given was top tier for networking and self development, we had so much fun meeting new people and we still have a full 12 months to go of workshops and events! I can't explain how much joy I got from doing this for myself and taking the leap to grow. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life, and work on themselves in a safe space full of a supportive community.

10/10 the best weekend I have ever experienced and getting those connections with strangers in a room over just 2 days was so beautiful, and looking forward to see what the year brings.

I attended the 2nd Brisbane weekend the past two days and it is definitely worth it. I had a lot of reservations going in, but having everyone there for the same goal was an amazing feeling. You really feel welcome and comfortable after a short period of time and feel trust with those who are running the program. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone wanted to step out of their comfort zone and take charge of their life.

Deciding to sign up to Driven Young has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I attended the weekend recently fresh from my night shift and turned up not expecting much but came away with so many new and wonderful connections. It has done more for my self development in a weekend then the past year on my own. A fantastic community and great program. I highly recommend!!

At first I was so hesitant about joining this program because I didn’t know what to expect. I spent 1 year after first finding about Driven Young constantly debating whether I should actually go through with it or just stay in my comfort zone. Only after joining the info session night, exactly 1 year from the first info night I joined did i decide to just do it. Now that i’ve completed the program over the weekend i will say this — that was easily one of the best weekends of my life! I’ve learnt so much about myself over the course of 2 days, and met some amazing people in the process. If i had the chance to do this weekend again, I would 100% do so without a doubt. Byron has created such a safe space where i felt so comfortable getting vulnerable around people that i’ve known for less than 24 hours. The program was constructed in such a perfect way that you are able to be your true authentic self without any fear of judgment. I’m so keen to see what the next 12 months have to offer!

Just wanted to speak about my experience at the DY weekend experience. As someone with a medical background, who loves a good time, travelled, done personal development events in coaching and finance, yet also has explored the deeper esoteric spaces of meditation, philosophy, and psychology; I honestly thought that the event was run pretty perfectly. Not only is the space is good vibes and beautifully balanced all the way, the community it seems to attract are pretty diverse, open minded, growth-minded and willing to have deep conversations whilst having fun too. It's definitely not either too academic or too spiritual or too challenging either. Just a group of people willing to be open, learn, go deep, get real and have fun. Definitely my kind of people and I look forward to the next 12 months connecting and growing with all the people I got to meet over the weekend, and excited to be connected to a whole pool of Sydney peeps that are on the same wavelength. Definitely worth checking out the weekend for sure if you're not sure. Whilst I was physically exhausted after the 2 big days, I haven't felt this level of faith, purpose and power for as long as I can remember. And now I've got people that I know who are genuinely there to support my growth and success. Thank you DY crew, and thank you Byron for curating such a powerfully balanced transformational experience that felt genuine and fun.

I was blown away at how open and honest people were throughout the weekend. I came into this as a sceptic but I can see the value and what Byron teaches in his Driven Young weekend.
