I'd followed Driving Heroes for a few months on Instagram and when it became time to part with my MK7.5 GTI Performance I dropped them an email.
Process was very quick and easy. Sent some details of the car, negotiated a price and arranged for collection. It was a very straightforward and speedy process. Would thoroughly recommend selling to Lloyd & Karl and given the cars they stock, there is every chance I will buy one from them too.

Absolute Legends! Great garage, more than happy with the car and very professional service

We came across Lloyd and Karl when they unveiled an incredible barn find – a Renault Clio Williams 3 with just 12,000 miles on the clock. As soon as I saw the video, I got in touch with Lloyd and spent the next few months discussing the car and gathering information.

Throughout the process, Lloyd was exceptionally knowledgeable, and his communication was second to none. After 2–3 months of conversations, we agreed a deal, and my brother and I travelled all the way from Aberdeen to collect the car.

The entire experience with Lloyd and Karl was outstanding from start to finish. They are genuine petrolheads with a real passion for the cars they sell, and it shows in every aspect of their business. Their stock is truly impressive, and the quality of service is just as good.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special car.

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayman 718 and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The car itself is absolutely incredible — the performance, handling, and build quality are exactly what you’d expect from Porsche. It drives beautifully, feels solid on the road, and puts a smile on your face every time you get behind the wheel.

The buying process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Picked up the most recent Megane RS in volcanic orange, Finance all sorted within the week. Did have a slight Issue with rear brakes but he rectified them immediately!

Still keep up with them on Instagram, would heavily recommend! They truly love their cars!

Honestly, THE single best experience of buying a car I’ve ever had and I’ve bought a lot of cars since 1989.
Never pushy or pressured just great chat about cars.

The amount of work they put in to get the vehicle ‘just right’, is astounding.

Amazing customer service, before, during and continuing on after, including a fantastic warranty.

From my first enquiry through Autotrader, I had a response from Lloyd within half an hour, on a bank holiday!
The first call lasted 20 minutes and I felt a confidence that allowed me to trust the company immediately. That feeling of trust has not faltered.

They even took the stress away for me of selling my old car privately, by taking my old car as trade-in for a very reasonable and extremely fair price.

Excellent experience purchasing my car through Driving Heroes. From the moment I enquired to the day I arrived on site Lloyds communication throughout was surplus to expectation which instilled confidence I was going to get a great car from the right people. I'd like to thank both Lloyd and Karl for their exemplary customer service, from a very happy new (to me) car owner. (Review provided after around 400miles of ownership - back home to N.Ireland and further).

I brought a mini from Driving Hero’s on Saturday 10th October. I have been saving for a car for over a year and a half and whilst I needed a car I was so nervous about the whole thing. Driving Hero’s calmed my nerves instantly!
Spoke with Lloyd initially and he linked me in with Karl who would meet us for a test drive.
Both really personable people, there love of cars shines through when you see their lock up and how the cars are presented. Karl was super lovely and instantly put me at ease as he was so likeable. He got the coffees on the go 🙌🏽🙌🏽 then took us for a test drive, could answer all my questions easily but also allowed me the space to make my decision.
What I loved was they knew the full history of the car, FSH etc. the car is immaculate. They provide a 6 month warranty with the car, extension is available but optional and not forced on you.

I am loving my new satsuma coloured mini clubman and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to have a nose and see what gems they have on offer!

From first contacting Driving Hero's and dealing with Lloyd and Karl, the whole process of selling my car was a breeze and so easy, from start to finish, I would highly recommend them if selling your hot hatch.

Sadly I had to ask Karl to sell a lovely old Mercedes that belonged to a friend of mine who died late last year.

Lloyd and Karl bought my Mini Cooper S today. I found the whole process easy, they didn’t try and find faults with the car and paid the price promised. They were friendly and enthusiastic. I wish all car dealers were like this.
