Excellent service from John, first time I have used the services and been successful with no issues at all. Clear instructions of what is needed, great communication and takes all the hard work away.

I chose Drone Renewals to update my PfCO to an OA and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did they complete the paperwork and application ahead of schedule, my PR01 came back in 5 days and in less than 24 hours I have my completed Ops manual and PR01 all in. For the £75 it costs to get reassurance that your application will go through, it’s worth every penny

They sweep the internet and the CAA and send out spam [which is illegal and they claim you joined their mailing list]. Not a company to be trusted, not worth paying for their renewal service. Avoid!

I cannot recommend this service enough. John updated everything as required, exactly when he said he would, and the renewal came straight through. This service takes all the hassle out of worrying if you have managed to encompass all the changes through the last 12 months!
I will have no hesitation of using this service next time.

Outstanding. I really can't recommend DroneRenewals enough. First time I've used but won't renew without them in future. Able to take OMs in any format and adjust according to your brand needs / style. Will happily amend standard copy to suit your needs, whilst offering sound advice on the continual changes to drone legislation. Really can't fault. As a bonus, also offers a free ID card with your OAs, in case you ever need to provide your credentials to someone. Outstanding value and tremendously reliable. My OA was returned from the CAA without query within 10 days. Thanks John!

This is the second year that I have used john at Drone renewals, and I know I'll be using hm and his service as long as I fly drones. He is super friendly on the phone, very helpful and very knowledgable, and he saves me literally days at renewal time of year. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the second time I have used Drone Renewals. Last year I forgot to leave a review but this year I just had to make sure that I did. Renewing used to be such a challenge due to the changes and lengthy paperwork. I really didn’t know where to start this year and with very little time left to renew my permissions I decided to use drone renewals once again. The service is not only incredibly quick but John is so professional, prompt and just willing to help you out. I really can’t recommend Drone Renewals enough and I’ll definitely be using them again next year.

This year was the second year I've used John to update my Operations Manual and the first switching my CAA permissions from PfCO to PDRA-01. John took the time to explain all my options and the renewal was processed smoothly and efficiently. Once again, this was exceptional service from Dronerenewals and I can't imagine not using them every year!
