Absolutely perfect. John was prompt, helpful and allowed me to complete my renewal with practically no hassle at all. Can't quite believe how smooth the process was! I will use DroneRenewals every time I need to make amendments to my operations manual and the yearly CAA renewals.

As someone who struggles with paperwork and legislation, having someone that could help me get all of my paperwork up to date was an absolute godsend.

I was a little sceptical when I first came across Drone Renewals but my experience was nothing but positive.

The first update of my operations manual bounced back from the CAA due to a couple of very easy to miss oversights. However, as soon as this happened Drone Renewals were extremely fast in correcting the minor oversights and we got it sent back off very quickly.

The updates were accepted the second time around and I was free to fly once again.

Honestly, if you are worried about renewing your permissions then this service is professional, timely, and extremely good value for money!

I will definitely be using them again next year.

John at Drone Renewals was incredibly helpful and professional. The process of renewing my license was always incredibly stressful, but after using his services it's made it all so less stressful. Definitely worth it, and allows you to understand new regulations and changes in a very simple and accessible way. Definitely recommend!

My first experience with DroneRenewals has been a good one and will more than likely return. The date of my PFCO/PDRA renewal unfortunately comes at the wrong time for me as I'm normally ramping up for the coming season and trying to get everything else ready.

The renewal process has been made even more time consuming as the amount of changes to the laws/ANO that has occurred so John's service has definitely helped and added value and freed up my time to concentrate on other things.

John explained his service thoroughly, provided advise where needed and updated and reformatted my Ops Manual in the shortest of time, then submitted all relevant docs to the CAA on my behalf. The CAA checked my Ops Manual and issued the new PDRA within 9 days, first time, with no issues.

Each year renewing my PFCO / PDRA has always taken huge amounts of my time away from paying work and running my business - Largely due to updating ops manual to conform with current legislation and terminology rather than having to update my operational practices which is very frustrating.
