Never in my life time of shopping online have I ever witnessed a worse company got a package took absolutely forever to come with zero tracking updates then when it arrived in store I went to the store and they said they got rid of drop2shop weeks ago that they dont receive package and haven't in weeks that they dont even have the gun to scan to say it had arrived so obviously someone scaned it somewhere to say it had arrived? They have zero number to call just an email who is automated robot who you have to explain over and over the issue and never got resolution

scam! Avoids at all costs! I dropped a vinted parcel and it was lost. I spoke to the manager of the shop where I left, and they told me that this is very common for this carrier, they never scan the items and just load to the van which ends to quite a lot of them being lost. They don’t give any type of receipt that you had left the parcel with them. I removed as option for delivery on. So if you’re a buyer, please buy with an post.

Selected Drop2Shop on a Vinted order, however I never received a QR code to collect the package once it arrived. Thankfully the girl in the shop just asked for ID and gave it to me but I've heard this is a huge issue for people. Won't bother next time, will stick to An Post!!

Slow delivery, loose parcels, zero customer service, parcels delivered to wrong destination. I have disabled this delivery option in Vinted.

Would give no stars if possible! Do not use drop to shop for vinted, your item goes missing! Posted a ghd and the tracking showed it delivered to the shop, buyer claimed they didnt have it, was given nothing but the run around from drop to shop, im sorry but a tracked package does not just disappear, someone either took it who works in the shop or they handed it out without scanning it, its possible people have friends or family working in these places that do this, or a dodgy shop owner has signed up so they can help themselves to youre stuff and then all you get told is oh its just missing!!!! Not good enough at all, and let's call it what it really is, THEFT!!!!!! Its absolutely disgusting, perfect set up for theft!!!!! Please remove it as an option save yourself the head ache of dealing with drop to shop staff who do nothing but delay the whole process claiming they are getting someone to look for it!!! And they all tell you different things and do nothing in the end, they blame vinted, im sorry but the parcel was physically sent through you, you responsible for it being stolen , which is 100 percent what has happend!!!!! And of course the tracking still has not changed from saying its at the shop, FRESH in SMITHFIELD, clearly they like to steal people's stuff, disgusting shop and disgusting courier service !!!!!!!!

Terrible, lost two of my parcels posted within 24h of each other. When I contacted customer service I was told to liaise with the buyer of my Vinted items even though they have the customer email and phone number so it was unprofessional to ask me to do their work when I had no obligation after posting the item. First it was in store, then it was in the warehouse. It didn't seem like they actually knew the whereabouts of the parcel. I've turned off drop2shop as a courier option and I would advise everyone to do the same if you don't want your parcel to go missing and becoming an extra customer support employee.

Horrible service shop refused to use their service my parcel was brought back to warehouse tracking not updated and customer service non existant. Would never use them again.

Terrible! Stuck in some sorting facility for a week. Ordered things from Vinted. 3 parcels , Ireland to Ireland delivery. It has been 9 days now and still in sorting facility. Didn't move! Ridiculous! Avoid!!!!!!

Awful! Avoid if possible. Had to use as part of paid return service to helly hansen. No change in status over 7 days. Called the return location (independent of drop2shop/coll8) and packages have not even been picked up in the past 2 weeks. Customer care chat is the slowest I've experienced, hours for a response. Theyve said it is in transit and that my tracking would update soon even though I know it hasnt even been picked up yet! Worried it will miss the return window. Never again, would prefer to pay for my return. Looking at other reviews now im really worried.

"It's due for delivery tomorrow" is the copy and paste response, followed by no delivery... Currently, the package has been in transit for almost 4 weeks, 18 business days.

Useless!! I used drop2shop to return a large order to Next 4 weeks ago and it was delivered today, way past the return date. Thankfully Next issued evouchers but I really needed the refund to pay off my credit card. I will never use drop2shop again!!!

I used drop2shop.ie for return of items to Zara. A delivery that could have happened overnight. It took 13 days and a number of follow ups from me, to finally get the package delivered. Reading the reviews, it looks like I am one of the lucky ones. I'll never use this most unreliable & inefficient service again.

Used this company recently and package sent on 14th May did not arrive at its destination until 4th June. The refund has still not been processed. Never again. would recommend A Post instead.

A very frustrating & terrible courier service! Few packages sent, 1 is stuck or lost in transit, tracking not updating at all, other did arrive to buyer for collection but only after 24 hours already says expired returning item to seller! I'm not sure if the third one will be any better. Absolutely Ridiculous service & seems like a scam!! No post company acts like this! What if a person is busy at work, has unexpected appointments & can't make it! 24 hours, come on!! Will never be using them ever again. Use A post or DHL for better reliability.

Worst company ever no online updates about parcel ,no reply in a chat. Parcel still not delivered already second week.
Looks like a scam!

Over a month to return a package. No replies to email or web chat. Terrible company. Avoid and use any other option.

Dropped off my package on the 10th February. As the weeks passed, I tried to contact this company to see what was taking so long. No reply to the stupid , fake live chat.
Package finally arrived today, the 24th March. Useless. Avoid like the plague!
