thorough and sensible
I am out of the country for a period so have not actually used the "kit".
However, it came through the same day as I ordered it with a very nice letter offering advice and help with
my computer. I looked at
the"kit" and it looks to be thorough and sensible, I did have a couple of queries which were dealt with
within hours with a very nice friendly

Make it plain that the kit is ON LINE and not in printed form!!! Not all of us old buggers have the means to print a hard copy.

A Major Relief to Have This
An incredibly detailed and useful guide to all things that need to be handled following someone’s death. Quite clearly a huge amount of effort has gone into every aspect of what needs to be done, and as importantly, when.
The document includes areas to put my specific data but for me, has a limitation on how flexible the fields are. Nonetheless, I can use these fields as guides to create my own Word document that I can leave for my executors.
Once I’ve gone through the documents in detail and capture my data I’ll be very relieved to have something that will be invaluable to my executors.

The information is very helpful
The information is very helpful, but I was hit with a virus attack immediately i opened the document, and although I cannot connect the two things happening, I think that storing all that information on a computer file would be ill advised if the two are actually connected.

We are, however, very concerned by the suggestion that our documents may be connected to a virus. We want to reassure both you and anyone reading this review that our kits do not contain viruses or malicious software. They are standard digital documents provided securely to our customers.
As you mention yourself, there is no established connection between opening the document and the issue you experienced. We therefore regret that this suggestion has been included publicly, as it may understandably worry families considering using our kits despite there being no evidence that our documents caused the problem.
We take the security of our customers very seriously. If you contact our support team with details of the security alert you received, we would be more than happy to investigate it with you.
For anyone reading this review: there is no known virus or security issue associated with our kits, and they can be opened and used normally.

You need this more than you realise
I’ve been looking for a while for something that holds all my important documents in one place to help my loved ones when the time comes. I came across My Estate Kit, checked them out, read the reviews and decided to buy the family pack. I am so pleased I did as this kit lays out everything in clear simple steps and timelines, what needs to be done by when. I hadn’t seen this type of info on any other end of life planners I had looked at. It’s written in a very reassuring and practical style, I am so pleased with it.
If you’ve never had to go through this process it’s exactly what you need, it’s like someone holding your hand guiding you through the process.
I had a few queries as I started to work through it and each time I received a detailed reply from Raphael, who was courteous and respectful. What a lovely small company to do business with.
Everyone should have one of these kits, honestly it will take so much stess away for loved ones.
