Quick response, timely handling.

They are just fraud.... They take money and start ignoring your calls and messages. Their only goal is to take money that's it.

They do not have any warehouse in US which they call their USP. Don't just believe them it's better to learn dropshipping from YouTube it's even better then their so call fraud professional

J’avais une offre à vie chez Dropispy, et ils l’ont tout simplement retirée, sans aucun motif clair, en me demandant maintenant de repayer un abonnement comme si de rien n’était.
Aucune vraie communication : ils lisent les emails, mais ne répondent pas, ce qui est très peu professionnel pour un service SaaS payant utilisé par des e-commerçants.
En plus, la qualité du service n’était déjà plus au rendez-vous :
• Les pubs mises en avant comme “récentes” ou “tendances” étaient en réalité anciennes, alors que leurs filtres sont censés faire remonter les nouvelles créatives performantes.
• L’outil donne l’impression de vivre sur son image, alors que la data n’est pas fraîche et que le support client est quasi inexistant.
Supprimer un accès lifetime de façon unilatérale, ignorer les messages et laisser des pubs datées en avant, c’est un très mauvais signal envoyé aux utilisateurs.

Aujourd’hui, honnêtement, c’est un service à fuir si vous cherchez un outil fiable, respectueux de ses engagements et de ses clients sur le long terme.

J’avais un compte Dropispy à vie et j’avais aussi recommandé plusieurs personnes par le passé, en plus d’avoir payé différents abonnements. Malgré cela, mon compte a été retiré sans explication claire. Le plus frustrant reste le manque total de communication : mes emails sont visiblement lus, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Au final, j’ai l’impression que tout mon historique client n’a eu aucune valeur. Expérience très décevante, manque de professionnalisme, je déconseille.

They removed my lifetime account without explanation, ignored my emails, and showed no respect for a loyal customer who had referred others and paid for subscriptions. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They don't add any new products, too limited

I purchased a one-month package from this company.
I tried it for a day or two. As a result of my research, I saw that the content of the adverts was out of date (the company is already old with everything in the research I did later. Nothing new and out of date) .
I communicated this problem to the company. They answered me with an unprofessional language.

They told me to send proof by e-mail for a refund. I sent it and they never responded. they blocked me from the messaging application on their website.

And now, with all this evidence, I will seek my rights in the courts of Geneva.

Please be careful with your money. Your money can be confiscated by this company.

If you research the company through search engines. You can see the customers who are victims.

I had a very good experience with the company. They have a great costumer service and I definetly would choose them in the future again.

I recently signed up for Dropispy and have been extremely impressed with the service so far.… The website is easy to navigate and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly.
