Has their entire Customer Service team disappeared?
Update: They redeemed their reputation with me. I have been doing business with them for years, and will continue going forward.
Dropps heard me and replied -not with a bot - or AI , but with a real person.
I have been trying to reach someone / anyone for two days and not a peep - I have had two subscriptions with this company for YEARS and I have never had anything but gushing positivity towards them. Something has changed and not in a good way.

Yes, did have the audacity to leave them message on Sunday (you see, ordering cleaning products is something I do when I am not doing my full time job ) However, I did not get a reply from Dropps on Monday or Tuesday, either. I did finally hear from someone on Wednesday, so that is something. It is a different company and not in a good way.
