The sink looks great

The sink looks great! I love the color and size. My countertops are a pearl white quartz and the black granite sink looks really nice with them. The sink is also deep and provide ample space to wash large items. I would recommend this sink.

I still have no idea where my item is


I still have no idea where my item is at. I bought it on 1/26 and got a notice that a shipping label was applied but that’s it. I can’t track it or have any idea when I will receive my part. Also, your part stripped on the first twist yet you made me buy a new one. Not sure why you’d ask how you were doing knowing you provided a soft metal part that failed to begin with.

Easy to order

Easy to order, what we ordered will replace the rain shower we bought from a CHINA/HOME DEPOT supplier. We received no help from the original supplier or from HOME DEPOT. So the Rainlex Store was a Godsend; otherwise, we would have been into a high-cost replacement of the entire shower system.
